a lot of [killswitch engage] fans looked at us and just thought we were like, some emo shit band or something. after we played, they were surprised by how heavy we actually are. obviously we'd be lying if we said we don't care about fashion, but that's not why we started our band. i don't think how we look should affect people's views. we want to show people our records.
