These designs designs feel a lot more purposeful, to me, and look like something designed to work "out in the wild." Simpler shapes, lots of cloth and material keeping dust and grit out of vulnerable joints, stuff like that - to me, this has the right feel. But this is a very different aesthetic, it's a lot less flashy, and much more based around mimicking real wildlife. (Also, his work predates the HZD franchise, keep this in mind too) Anyway please go check out this dude's work, it totally rocks. Really glad that I got a chance to get/make this kit, it’s one of my favorite “hero robots”, and a really cool design from a great series. Thinking about getting the Space Pack to go with it, still on the fence, though.
