~okay, my songwriting class is making another appearance: in class yesterday a lightning bolt of inspo struck me and I started writing this beautiful piece for my friend about how she helped me through a really rough time/ showed me how beautiful girlhood is. I think I'm gonna write a little album based on this concept

~dyed my hair black after three years of being scared to. everyone loves it :)

~my tiny dorm room is stuffed with the best people every single night

~the girl who sits next to me in a class complimented my essay

~I always have someone to drink coffee with

~ the woman who served me my bagel this morning called me "darling" and my heart blossomed

~studying is usually accompanied by a glass of wine these days

~sitting and watching people study hard in the library. we're all going to graduate and go into the world together and live our dreams. I hope every single one of them is happy and fulfilled <3

~ my best friend and I have started going to the library, finding any book that there are two of, and having a little book club together

~this weekend my friends and I are going thrifting for dorky, 80s style prom dresses to wear to our schools yule ball

~every party I've gone to lately have had strict themes and dress codes

~ I discovered that getting drunk on wine is MUCH more fun

~discovering how to use social media in ways that make me feel good

~ taking an elective songwriting class that is transforming me as an artist
