I'm a Feminist, now what?

Michael S. Kimmel is a spokesperson for the National Organization of Men Against Sexism. The organization promotes feminism and the intolerance towards hate against anyone because of their race, sex, or gender.

March 8, 2015 marked another year in which women were celebrated for International Woman's Day, yet it also marked another year in which women remain unequal to men. Women did much more than to celebrate one another on this day, they brought attention to big organizations that are working for change. They received attention from different social media sites allowing them to spread their message to a bigger audience. 

Despite the fact that Arquette spoke for almost every woman out there, there are still a few who disagree and seem to not understand the concept of fighting together for a common struggle, such as gender inequality. Andrea Peyser, wrote an unfortunate article, Patricia Arquette’s Call to Arms is Bogus, that completely ignored the main point behind Arquette’s speech.
