Do you feel like you’re always tired?
Are you having trouble staying focused and concentrating during the day?
Most of us know what it’s like to be tired, especially when we have a cold, flu, or some other viral infection. But when you suffer from a constant lack of energy and ongoing fatigue, it’s time to do something about it!
Being constantly tired can be debilitating and discouraging because it can interfere with every aspect of your life — even the fun things in life that we enjoy.
Reaching for caffeine and sugar can backfire, leaving you more fatigued as your blood sugar levels fluctuate wildly. Instead, go for a balanced, healthy diet filled with fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. Eating healthy also means you’ll carry less weight, which is a big contributor to fatigue.
We recommend using a Herbalife Nutrition program as part of your diet. The Herbalife products are designed to repair your intestinal Villi through cellular regeneration and allow your body to ingest the nutrients the way they were meant to be, leaving your body nourished and energized.
How much you sleep are you getting?
This is probably the most obvious one, in that many people don’t get enough sleep each night. If you’re one of them, avoid caffeine and alcohol in the hours just before bedtime, turn off the TV before bed, and keep your bedroom quiet and restful.
Although some people claim to feel rested on just a few hours of sleep a night, research has shown that people who sleep so little over many nights don’t perform as well on complex mental tasks as do people who get the recommended amount of sleep each night.
How much are you exercising?
If you think that exercise would sap the last few ounces of energy you have, there’s good news!
Exercise breeds energy. Almost all the studies that have looked at this question have found the same thing: Sedentary people who start exercising increase their energy levels more than those who stay idle. It’s one of those surprising truths: move more and you’ll get more energy.
Importantly, when exercising make sure you finish at least three hours before bedtime, so you have time to wind down.
If you enjoy exercising in groups then make sure you check out our 24 Fit Challenge Page! This is a social, community focused exercise group. We make exercising fun!!!
We have a philosophy of 80% Nutrition, 20% Exercise and 100% Attitude which we adhere to and encourage you to as well. This helps us focus on becoming the best that we can be, reaching our Level 10.
