you can’t help but instantly notice simeon’s easy demeanor, the way he seems to make himself immediately at home in any space he occupies and encourages you to do the same.  dressed to match his perfect hair and sharp wit, he’s somehow poised and at ease, alert and relaxed, all at the same time.  despite a decade of tabloids detailing his darker past, it’s hard to believe while sitting here with him that his world has ever been anything but simple, even though any casual fan of the former fx-5 frontman knows otherwise.  -  excerpt from simeon sommerfeld’s gq profile, 2019.  interviewed by allison.

I’m not really into partying. Don’t get me wrong - I’ve gone to a club. But I’d much rather be with my close friends at home or a concert, or on a trip. I’ll go dancing with my grandma. She likes to cut a rug!
