for a while now, i’ve been nauseated (to the point where I can only eat about half a serving of food each time i sit down for a meal), weak in the muscles, fatigued, paranoid and had insomnia at night. I was told that I should be tested to see if it’s because of some “underlying illness”. It’s impeding on my life, and I really want to just get rid of whatever it is right now.
