ok so i've talked to a lot of people who would be considered 'conventionally attractive' and who listen to 'mainstream music'

on the flip side i've talked to a boat load of people who identify as alt and emo and like furries and stuff.

my findings are, both groups dis each other. 'normies' will make jokes about emo's and punks, but i've never seen any of them tease them to their face. this is just my experience, but alt people do it to, and for like twice as long. like a volleyball girl will make a joke about emo people not being able to get a job cause their hair is supper wild, and an alt person will say that everyone who plays volleyball looks the same and that no one who plays that sport is really playing it as a sport, and that they all wear way to make up. (side note, this has come up in multiple conversations, and i always have to awkwardly be like umm i play volleyball and then they just like belittle me every time i mention anything slightly mainstream)

also, alt people, especially girls, are always pulling other girls down. so you wanna have face piercings' and she wants to wear lululemon, how is that our problem? honestly, in this day in age, y'alls outfits literally cost the same amount.

i'm not defending anyone, i'm just saying, no matter what table your sitting at, their always picking on the other table. what i hate is the double slandered, when a goth kid makes a comment on someone wearing "to much blush, bronzer, ect" its like, your face is painted white, your wearing make up too, and probs more.
