At the end of the evening, she's eaten an entire pie and can't manage to pull herself into a standing position from the dining chair. Family begins to say their goodbyes and filter out of the house. Finally it's just her, you and her parents, and she heaves her bloated gut like it's a separate entity from herself up the stairs and into the bedroom, moaning out a pleading cry for you to help her in her room. The door closes, and she sinks to the floor with legs spread, murmuring, "Fuck me... They won't be able to hear us"
