A genuine question cause I haven’t been watching for too long - is the coach double / triple shifting Mack or is the boy himself just go out there? Like I was shock when he went out to the penalty kill??? And from what I can see from behind the bench, I barely notice the coaches taping players to go? It seems to me they all know when to change themselves…?

Back to the point of Hockey is unfortunately a team sport, and this team played like a headless chicken today…Canada needs to seriously consider paying kids to train as defenseman. How come Finland and Norway’s defense are so good!?

Maybe it’s the mentality, for Norway it’s the first time ever try to win a medal, while Canada just lost the chance to win gold. They showed up but there was no fire while the opponent is hungry! Their intensity only started to show in the last 6mins when they pulled the goalie.

It was unbelievable to witness two goal in two minutes, especially for the second one with just few seconds left. We were shouting “one more” towards the bench after the first one…I’ll just erase my memory from there onwards…

He was so sad, Sid and JT did the interview right after. Him and JT briefly spoke, I’m not sure which one decided who’s taking the interview but I have a feeling this shows the kid is not fully ready yet to be a Captain, cause that’s the burden in real.😭😭😭
