Sorcerers can get that for sure. But idk how socercery points work. I’m sure there is a feat, but making someone take a feat for a disability seems like poor sportsmanship

Switch the allowance for a focus to apply to verbal components instead of material components.

Verbal, rhetorically, means words (either written, drawn, or spoken). I’ve had mute characters have their verbal components be little cards with the spell incantations on them. They would draw the card and touch/activate it with one hand and do material or somatic with the other.
