Michael yang ( yang hongming) is duterte's "business consultant" ( wink, wink).. Pharmally is the company that bagged the biggest contracts from doh and DBM for over-priced, covid related purchases. Below are some facts not yet widely know in the Philippines...

Here are some information which haven't been released in Filipino media(as far as I know) but which are openly available in the Chinese internet:

1) Pharmally Pharmaceuticals is just the westernized name for 康友公司-KY (Kang You), a biotech company listed in the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Front page search engine results for "康友" reveal that its leaders have active criminal cases in Taiwan for alleged manipulation of KY stocks.

2) Huang Tzu-Yen (黄子颜/Huang Ziyan), majority owner of Pharmally Philppines and son of Pharmally founder, Huang Wen-Lieh(黄文烈), is currently wanted in Taiwan and is listed in its Fugitive Online Query System as a possible co-conspirator in his father's stock manipulation case.(https://www.mjib.gov.tw/Crimes/Crimes_Detail?uid=365)

3) Next to Huang Tzu-Yen in Taiwan's fugitive database is Zheng Bingqiang(鄭炳強). He is accused of helping Huang Wen-Lieh manipulate the KY(Pharmally) stocks. (https://www.mjib.gov.tw/Crimes/Crimes_Detail?uid=362)

4) Zheng Bingqiang(鄭炳強) is listed as the President of Full Win Group of Companies(Fu De Sheng) headquartered in Xiamen. The Chairman of this same company is Yang Hongming(杨鸿明), whose westernized name, Michael Yang, has been mentioned multiple times in Filipino media for alleged involvement in drugs, smuggling, and based on one Tulfo episode, POGOs.
