Finally, the post I know a lot of you been anxiously awaiting for. The post about the basics of the Astral.

A vast majority of spiritworkers when getting into the practice will eventually stumble on some sort of post about the astral. Sometimes it’ll be a post where someone is offhandedly mentioning an adventure they had in the astral recently other times it’s a post talking about locations in the astral that others can explore themselves. Other times, it just might be a post like the one I’m making that explain the astral, what it is, how one may get there, etc.

And while there are plenty of resources that are made about this topic, I still wanted to make my own for those following TFS. This will also be the last post in the basics series I’ve managed to get out quickly since 1) I kind of had them in there for a while and 2) I want to make sure I’ve got the basics covered.

So let’s jam.

Homework: Meditation. Try meditating daily for 15 minutes a day for a week. One thing tool you’ll be relying on whether you want to astral or not is going to be meditation. It helps clear the mind and helps you focus on goals you may have, astraling, or gets you prepared for any intense spell or ritual work. So getting into a habit of practicing meditation will help you in the long run if you’re currently finding it hard to focus and not let your mind bounce around.
