The BA imperial sour porter is amazing.

Jester King Atrial Rubicite. Raspberry sour. Medium dry, jammy raspberry behind assertive tartness. Hay, alfalfa aroma notes.

Classic Cantillon flavors: leather with a bit of cheese.

Light. The kumquats almost taste like sweet tarts. Awesome.

A classic fave.

Just enough acetic, balanced with stone fruit. Wonderfully gentle oak finish. Fucking stellar.

Oh fuck yes! Cherry pit, low astringent oak and cherry skin, med funk. Amazeballs.

After spending way too much on bottles and tshirts, needed a sample. Jester King Estival Dichotomous, a wild Farmhouse ale with chamomile and refermented on strawberries. Mildly tart, moderately bitter finish. The chamomile and strawberry flavors are distinctly recognizable.

One of my faves. Lookit that lovely meringue head.

Low tartness. Leans toward those that taste like soda, but with a bit of oak.

Moderately low funkiness with plenty of oak. Badass.

Wow. Of all the Chapeaus, this one, pineapple, tastes the least like beer. Syrupy sweet. Tastes like sweetened, canned pineapple.
