Some people are saying āshe was ok with it, so what?ā and like, do you not understand that you cannot consent to sex with an adult when you are a child? Do you not understand that it is always, 100% of the time the adultās responsibility to not have sex with a child? Even if that child flirts with them, or acts promiscuous towards them. Itās the adults responsibility to say no. And if they go about having sex with that child, it is, without question, regardless of maturity levels, statutory rape.
There is a myth that because teenage girls have breasts and wear makeup and show skin that they are somehow adults and can consent to sex with actual adults. A girl can dress, act, talk, etc. like an adult, but that doesnāt make her one.Ā
