This website shows a unique image of someone pointing directly at your cursor, using its coordinates. I did notice it took longer for the website to refresh when the cursor is placed near or at the edges. It is a fun little website, and a great way to waste 15 minutes of your life. 

Heavy spoilers for Pony Island ahead. Pony Island is a very interesting game. It happens to be beat the expectations of the typical metagame, most popularized with indie titles like the Stanley Parable. What makes this game great is that it includes a narrative, which we find a person is trapped in limbo playing an arcade game created by Satan. The protagonist, Theodore, has to break their way out of the game, through each of the puzzles, to save everyone’s souls that are trapped within the game. It breaks the fourth wall, but at the same time doesn’t feel forced when doing it. It adds to the creepy and generally uneasy atmosphere of the game.  The puzzle mechanic is probably one of my favorite reasons to play the game. As a person learning to code, it’s great to see elements of programming as the actual mechanic to unlock and break parts of the game. It is done quite well, and it does not get to the point where it’s overbearingly frustrating. Overall, I would totally recommend this game.

Modern browsers are extremely fast, to the point they can emulate operating systems. https://archive.org/details/malwaremuseum Archive.org is hosting historical DOS malware that can be run on your browser (using a javascript DOSBox), without the nasty effects of course. It is interesting to see the demoscene-like aesthetic being translated from the Commodore 64/Atari 8-bit to the PC, but replaced instead by nasty lines of code that destroy data.

In it, any works, satirical or not, become a work of art, making the project successful in its own goals of lampooning how anything can be art. It is transformative and a jab at the art world.
