Good morning #vidcon

My mom reposted this picture today of right before going to my first #vidcon in 2012. I was still so sick at the time and in active addiction. In the weeks that followed, I got clean/sober, went to rehab, and started rebuilding. 4 years later, at the end of #vidcon2016, I’m struggling to put into words how incredible this weekend was. I took massive steps in my career/life while enjoying this journey so far. I’m not lying when I say this was the best weekend of my life. I don’t know how I’m allowed to be this lucky and my heart and soul are filled to the brim. To my mom, family, and anyone else who’s been a part of this so far, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
