  I have been a trainee at AND for 3 years. I joined when I was 17. I auditioned and made towards the final rounds being able to train under the entertainment company. You are given a 2 year contract at AND and at the end of it, you renew it with them if they see you fit or you just end up leaving. The contract is the basics of disclaimer and not spreading out personal information within the company. Trainees get to train in the main building since AND only has one building but I heard they were going to build another building for the trainees soon to separate the artists from the trainees. When arriving you go through a very hectic schedule, schooling is usually last on the list. 3 hrs of vocals, language, dancing and everything else. You have dance practice and monthly evaluations. A lot of the artists at AND were always at the monthly evaluations so it was a chance for us to meet them. Most of them did come once in a while and give us a word of encouragement. There are a lot of popular trainees where the fanbase of AND knows them and are close to artists. I didn’t get too close with anyone but did always exchange greetings. There were a few trainees that were simply arrogant. I guess cause competition was tight and they were eager to debut like the rest of us. There is an elite sense around the trainees. Most of them left by the time I left as well. 

AND surely does pick up a lot of trainees and workers. They’re a growing entertainment company but I always find it impractical for them to do that. I guess cause I wanted to debut so badly but the chances of debuting became slim when AND had an audition overseas and picked up a lot of trainees. It became almost packed but competition became even tighter. There were always rumors about a new group debuting so everyone worked really hard to be a potential line up. School became unimportant during these times. I think AND debuted with a girl group and so a lot of the girl trainees dropped out because next would be a boy group debut. It was always how the process worked. 

rumours have it that both of them wanted to join different entertainment companies. i think one already have joined the rival of AND but the other is yet to make a move. BUT! another rumour is that AND plans to make baby r.yals the second generation of r.yal c. or maybe the one that hasn't left AND will be in a new duo group. there's a lot circulating. 

I heard they didn't have enough talent or something, that and one of the members were being very hostile to a company veteran. But we'll probably never figure it out, right? Rumours will be rumours. 

  Jinhyuk resigned from his position but I’m here to replace him. Personally, I’d want to see the idols on Strong Heart ( if it was still airing ) 

B.ars, Broken Stars, is a roockie group under AND Ent. that has debuted with their ballad mini-album Lullaby, with the title track Broken Star. They surprised the scene as their classic concept wasn't the trademark of AND Ent. (Since most groups debuted under are pop or hip-hop). Most of their songs are slow, which can attract more than the usual target group K-pop groups usually do. Also, they have no main or lead dancer, nor a rapper, which is a bit out of the pattern for any group at all.

Kim Dongsung, aka Gohn, leader. Aged 21, height 183 cm, weight 68 kg, blood type O. He has twins, Yunji and Yoon. He's currently studying in order to get his diploma in songwriting and singing. He can play several instruments such as piano, flute, clarinet and saxophone.

Im Jiseok, aka Apollo, maknae. Aged 21, height 177 cm, weight 70 kg, Korean-Thai, blood type B, vocal and lyricist. He's fluent in Korean and Thai, can also play piano and violin. He's allergic to bees. 

Kim Jong Dae, aka Jongdae, vocalist. Aged 21, height 173 cm, weight 64 kg, blood type B or AB (too many sources, too many options). He was adopted from an orphanage crib. He has a tattoo on his upper right arm. He lays piano, cello and violin. He'd like to get a Music Theory degree. 

Kim Ryan, aka Ryan, vocalist. Aged 24, height, weight and bloodtype unknown. He was one of the oldest rookies under AND and made one of the fastest evolution, as he entered at the age of 23 and debuted only a couple of months later. Can play piano, violin and guitar. He's also a god dancer, but he lacks confidence. His dog's name is Pilly

I'd like to see the guys in ANTIHero with one of the girls with good vocals, doing a rock-ish concept, maybe something like TRAX used to be, or Nell? That'd be AND hitting me in the feels.

I'm not really a fanboy of her. Lee Jieun is one of the few composers under AND and one of the best I've always heard. She manages to get me into her songs every time. One of the greatest hits came from her. One other thing, she's absolutely adorable and very modest.

I can surely smell a debut anytime soon, if not, AND is surely preparing a sub-unit for us. I'll refreshing the page until I've got something for you, beautiful one!

I couldn't find much about her, but Lena made me stop for a while and stare at her, if you know what I mean.

I've seen many who are very introverted or simply having problems to communicate, while others seem to be having family problems or drug addiction backgrounds. Ain't so cool man. Though, managing to be an idol with all that seems to be a pretty good scoop.

I was actually thinking about this the other day. I think it would be good, some healthy competition can only make the trainees work harder and be better, prepare them for the constant competition that'll be out there when they finally debut. However, AND shouldn't strive to do what another company has already done, to my opinion. Maybe a new type of concept would be nice.

Let's hope they see this, then, or someone will tell them their presence is wanted! I wouldn't mind watching those interactions myself.

I've heard rumours of some of the artists eating cheeseburgers and other junkfood out in the open. I don't think you have to worry a lot, darling. But I hope the same thing.

I like Tsubasa. He's got a nice way of talking about things and giving his opinions. Unfortunately I haven't heard from Avery in a while, so I'm wondering how she's doing. Sunny is adorable, but like Avery, I haven't heard much of her. And Mia might turn out to be my new favourite if she keeps it up the way she's doing.

My opinion on R.yal C. Well, first and foremost, the obvious part is that they're beautiful ladies and I must admit the shallow part of me definitely enjoys watching them shake it on stage. Music wise, I think they've built a very respectable career. They're both good at what they do, and they compliment each other well. I've been to a couple live gigs by now, and they never fail to deliver. Though I do think they're a particular type of flavour, if you know what I mean. It's definitely to my taste, but not everyone will love them as much as I do.
