Tbh first time I read that , I read it wrong- also I’d like to say i was more so explaining that I don’t think it’s rude to cut someone off when it’s accidental- it’s just an accident. Now if it’s purposely then, yes- I’d agree with the statement by op

An accident doesn’t exonerate you. If you accidentally hurt or kill someone, you still did it, and still will be held accountable. You are dodging accountability for this accident of yours.

Yes for manslaughter, it’s a different thing then straight murder - and the consequences of each are different in their own ways. I’m not dodging accountability, I’m acknowledging it and trying to explain my side of things.
