Someone intent on revenge, torturing for fun/out of anger

An enemy of whumpee’s new team, intent on getting information to defeat the team

Yes, they are being held alone, but they think their friends will rescue them

Yes, and they think no one will come for them #unloved

No, a friend is taken with them… I wonder if whumper will use that…

No, there’s someone else in this cell/dungeon— a terrified stranger

“I’m sorry; I swear I’ve changed; I’m trying to be better— please don’t—”

“You win; your rage is justified, and you got me. So just kill me, you coward!”

“After you’re dead I’ll find your friends, tell them everything & kill them too”

“Deep down you know you deserve this, you want this, don’t you?”

Catatonic. Staring, not eating or drinking. In their own head, not reacting

They get rescued by their friends, despite their belief that no one was coming

In a moment of clarity and opportunity, they kill Whumper and escape

They’re still catatonic. Caretakers are growing worried as they care for them.

They lash out at friends & secretly think caretakers should’ve let them die

They hear caretaker crying over them; out of love, they manage to try comforting

Whumper makes a final appearance and Whumpee fights back; violence and catharsis
