NSFW - The Fnaf fandom and the Furry fandom meet

I went to this convention and decided to hang around the dealerâs den, since a lot of people went by there so Iâd see lots of people and cosplays. Of course, if I wanted a photo I asked them to come to a corner etc. so we wouldnât block the way for those wanting to go to the dealerâs den, since the doorway was kind of slim.
Then comes Fnaf cosplayers. They scream and shout references from the games. And things like wanting to rip someoneâs genitals off and eating themâŚthen they started talking about the sexual stuff (read: yelling at the top of their animatronic lungs so absolutely everyone even outside the convention hears), ranging from âI ship Foxy and Mike, but I think Foxyâs actually the uke in the relationship!â to âI want purple guy to fuck me in the ass and impregnate meâ and âLetâs have an orgyâ and then they proceeded to scream how they carry out this orgyâŚ
Alright, thatâs fine, do whatever you want. I donât judge. Not my business. But please, do not scream stuff like this at a convention where thereâs parents with kids as young as 3. And please do not do this while blocking the way to the dealerâs den. Go scream in a corner somewhere for all I care but blocking the way, screaming and talking about that kind of stuff is justâŚno. Donât do that.
ENTER THE FURRIES.
A group consisting of 7 âfursuitersâ (I donât want to judge anyones suit, but these things were either crappily put togetherpieces of fleece with a toiler paper roll keeping the snout up but no foam used or heads made out of an old carpet with all the old stains still in place, and one of these guys had a âprofessional fursuit makerâ badge on their bag.) tries to get into the dealerâs den. They first ask politely for the Fnaf cosplayers to move, but I guess one of the furries due to not seeing so well ouf of their fleece hell stepped on someoneâs toes and all hell broke loose. The one cosplaying Freddy starts shouting death threats to the furries. Shit escalated quickly here. One the suiters take off their head, grab a bottle of some sort of alcoholic drink and throw it at the Fnaf cosplayers.
That at least managed to shut the Fnaf cosplayers up for a while. But the furries arenât done by a long shot. They continue screaming stuff insulting the Fnaf game and their cosplay along the lines âyouâre way too fat to be Chicaâ, âyour cosplay isnât even fucking recognizable just please never cosplay anymore youâre making your character look badâ, and even telling the Asian girl in the Fnaf group that she shouldnât cosplay anything but anime characters because sheâs japanese. She starts crying and her friends scream that sheâs chinese.
So this goes on for a while, the security come and talk to them, but every time they leave they just continue the screaming. One of the furries breaks some of the fnaf cosplayerâs props even. At this point, I had to leave to attend a panel. I get there and the panelâs cancelled, so I just head back to see if the stormâs ended and if people can already get in the dealerâs den.
Somehow, the fnaffers and furries have become friends. FRIENDS. How?? WHAT did I miss??
Anyway, they stand around near the dealerâs den, pointing at some cosplayers every now and then. I just assume theyâre pointing out good cosplays, being naive. When I pass them, I realize what theyâre actually doing. Theyâre pointing at people and saying things like âI would so fucking rip that dress off that bitch and fuck them dead.â. Both the furries and fnaffers do this. The girl they were pointing at was around 12, and these guys were over 20. They even pointed at me and I heard something along the lines âI wouldnât stick my dick in something that fat, I might get stuck in there foreverâ. I didnât take offense, I like my body the way it is.
Later on, the fnaffers apparently left to have their orgy or whatever, but the furries were still in the same corner. I passed them, and heard them SCREAM RAPE THREATS AT COSPLAYERS. I felt like the security wouldnât do anything about them since they didnât throw them out even when they ruined the fnafferâs cosplays with alcohol, but I went to tell them anyway. They came with me to the furries where they were grabbing each otherâs butts, chest and crotch, talking about yiffing and such. The security told them theyâd need to leave and another shit storm ensued, resulting in the security getting death and rape threats. But finally, they were escorted out.
This happened a few months ago, I havenât been to conventions after that due to time problems so Iâm not sure if they still attend. I know the security at that convention sucked, but I know itâs way better at other cons. I really hope that if they attend they a) know how to act around people b) they do something stupid and get banned from attending ever again. I really hope the people these guys were screaming at didnât get their whole con ruined and didnât take the things they said too badlyâŚ
