let's get retro! time for some of my favorite recent finds: uber cool 60's mod sleuth vintage coat, 70's fab crop top, and 80's rad geometric top...all under $5 a piece! 

how much money and time is wasted sitting at the hair salon getting your hair did? i for one am a champion scissorist! i have successfully perfected the "carol brady" for my husband and the "farrah bangs" for myself! so brandish a new set of shears, (preferably the thinning kind, they are way more forgiving and cut at a not so blunt pace) watch a hair cutting youtube video and take action! it's a learning and easy to do experience!

this 50 cent shirt totally made my thrift of the week, if not month!

going commando isn't for the boys, we can do it too! and save a ton of money while we're at it! a couple of years ago, i had a drawer full of pretty panties that seemed to just keep piling up, so i built up the courage and just went without and have never been happier...sure i keep a few comfy ones for skirt wearing occasions and the monthly stuffs, but i no longer have to dig through my collection or waste money on those butt picking things!
