I really enjoy watching reviews/analysis/retrospectives on things. I’m not even sure why, but film and television analysis videos on youtube are some of my most watched things. Like, I’ll just spend hours on them.

yeeeeeep. The ones that I’m probably closest to are Yvonne here, and Junpei over on @ninthextrication. Mae and Tohru on @aspiring-starlight get a shoutout too, but that’s because both of them were originally self-inserts before getting story revamps. Edna and I @parasolseraphim are pretty similar too, in some ways?

     ❛ Walking along in the rain, and watching the grey ominous clouds cover the sky. The dreary day making the scape look even more barren and void of life than before. It was then I found company, despite the weather, to battle the loneliness. ❜

     The rain came down in a flurry of droplets, pelting Seto in the head. A sigh leaving him as he looked to the sky. Another rainy day. He recalled it raining yesterday too. He had hoped that he could make some progress today in finding someone today, However. He felt it safest he didn’t take his chances and end up sick. There would be no one there to care for him after all. He looked around and found shelter under a bus stop station. The rain tapping at the glass.

     He sat down on the bench within side the bus stop. It wasn’t much in offering shelter, but it will do. He brought his knees to his chest as he waited in silence. Taking in the noises that the rain made as it landed on multiple surfaces. Dwelling on what he should do while he waited for the rain to pass.

     A different sound rang through. Footsteps. He looked up almost astonished to hear footsteps, taking in the sight of a woman. ‛Have I…? Have I finally found someone else?’ He thought curiously before finding his voice

      “He-… Hey!” He called out to her before jumping off his seat and running up to her. The both of them now in the rain.

{❄} Yvonne was used to wandering, and she was used to weather. However, there was something... odd, about today. This place felt different than any place she was used to, and it was unnaturally quiet. Even something about the rain made her feel somber, as though there were things she definitely didn’t understand quite yet.

She spent a while looking up at the sky, a hand held up to her face to let her keep her eyes open unobstructed. Briefly, she thought about how useful it would be if Shanon was here (free control of water was handy at moving rain around sometimes), but wishful thinking was just that- wishful thinking. 

sometimes I remember that Yvonne was partially conscious for those 4000 years frozen in ice, unable to move or do anything but able to recognize when strong mana signatures were entering. Thankfully she had no perception of time (otherwise she might’ve gone insane) so when she looks back on it, it seemed to have passed in a blink, but she does still have those millenia of memories.

character in general: Emil. Can we talk about Emil? Ok, good. I fucking love Emil. Like, he’s one of my favourite fictional characters of all time period, and one of the characters in fiction I relate to the absolute most. He’s underappreciated a lot of the time, and I just. I fucking love him ok.how they play them: good! every rper has their own way to writing him (obvs), and it’s clear you put a lot of time into thinking about his actions and words.the mun: Brah. I think we’ve only known each other a couple years, but it feels like we’ve been friends for ages. Super chill, easy to talk to, and always fun to write with.
