Honestly, I didn't understand the Game Jolt well, so I would be glad if they explained to me later how to create a community there and share the game. I'm writing this post in advance and with trembling hands, as I'm overwhelmed with emotions from the comic "STAND-IN" by the author: @the-triangle-cat.

I've been familiarizing myself with this work for a long time, thanks to the voice acting by a Russian YouTuber. It was only recently that I came across the author's Tumblr, which surprised me because the comic was still ongoing. One night, in a sudden burst of inspiration, I was sent a link to the full translation of the comic (as I'm a complete loser in English, and I'd previously tried to translate the last few pages myself but didn't understand anything), and I read the comic from the beginning of Chapter 4 in one breath, as I already knew and remembered the events from Chapters 1 to 3. So, what do I want to say with all this?

I'm amazed by the author's work, especially in the final pages, which literally stole my soul with their illustrations and depictions of everything that happened between Frisk and Sans. As I read, I sat and cried, hoping that everything would turn out well. My emotions were all over the place, and it was worth it.

Thank you to the author for creating such a story, for showcasing the characters, and for providing food for thought. These works are incredibly inspiring and give me strength and hope. Personally, I'm grateful for the inspiration they provide as a creator, and I hope that I can create something that evokes the same emotions in others as the comic "STAND-IN" has evoked in me. I was also surprised and frightened when I saw that the author had followed me and even left comments. I believe I still have a long way to go to reach the point where I'm being followed by talented authors.

Thank you for your creativity. I'm thrilled to have read your comic and experienced such emotions. Sorry for the long text, I usually don't write much because I don't have much desire to publish anything (I'm not as successful on foreign social media, I usually stay where the Russian-speaking people are). Я ещё очень даво ознакамливалась с этим произведением благодаря озвучки русского ютубера. И лишь относительно недавно наткнулась на тамблер автора, из-за чего была удивлена что комикс продолжался. И вот, ночью во внезапном порыве и когда мне скинули ссылку на полный перевод комикса (ибо в английском языке я полный лузер а до этого я пыталась переводить сама последние страницы и ничего не поняла), я в захлёб, на одном дыхании читала комикс с начала 4 главы, ибо события с 1 по 3 главу я знаю и помню как будто на прошивке- В общем то, что я хочу всем этим сказать?

Я восхищена работой что проделал автор, особенно в последних страницах что буквально забрали мою душу иллюстрациями и изображением всего того, что происходило между Фриск и Сансом, я пока читала сидела и плакала, надеясь что всё будет хорошо, мою душу буквально метало во все углы от эмоций, и боже, это стоило того.

I finally made a reference for Iris, because it was just a quick sketch before. Now I think I should have added the part about his chameleon glasses, but I'm too lazy to do it honestly 😭

I still have a lot of work to do, and I could use some help with the sprites. However, no matter how many people I ask, no one is willing to help, so I'm continuing to work with the person who has decided to take on the game's code.

She grew up among monsters and considers herself one of them, and most people don't treat her in the best way because of her connection with monsters and their protection. He feels like a stranger here. So you try to make your home more comfortable by putting familiar things in your house. What do you think? Is it a good idea?

I have an assumption that before Frisk went to the dungeon, she was "empty." Simply, according to my Frisk's story, terrible things happened to her as a child, which led her to an orphanage. She had no interest in anything, didn't eat, and only did what she was told to do. However, at some point, something clicked in her head, causing her to leave for Mount Ebott, where the "player" took control of her. I like the idea that after the events of the dungeon's liberation, she adopted the player's behavior and, to some extent, found herself and continued living, although she doesn't know much about her childhood other than the dungeon itself.
