So Rydoff is a cute ship so I had to write some headcanons in an AU they're together.
In this au Kristoff and Anna aren't together as couple, but they're best friends, because for me that's the only way to accept Rydoff happening :P, not a huge fan of break ups
Kristoff is conflicted on whether he wants to return to Arendelle with Anna or stay at Northuldra with Ryder, but Ryder wants to explore more places, as he's been used to Northuldra, and they go together to Arendelle along with Anna.
Since Elsa stayed in Northuldra she can't provide Arendelle with ice supply like she could, so Kristoff brings the ice harvesting business back with the help of his new boyfriend Ryder.
In the F2 epilogue of that au both Kristoff and Ryder are nicely dressed along with Olaf and Sven and when Anna goes to reveal the new statue, Kristoff and Ryder have a moment like the one Anna and Kristoff had in the epilogue of F1 in which Kristoff shows Ryder the mountains saying that they're going to explore them together, which of course leads to a kiss
They both live at the castle until they've saved enough money for them to live in a cozy cottage in the woods, where Elsa and Honeymaren get to visit them as well as Anna.
Kristoff makes plenty of ice puns and Ryder just loves it.
When Kristoff wanted to propose to him, he asked Elsa, Anna and Honeymaren to help him organize the proposal.
Every night Kristoff plays the lute singing reindeers are better than people along with Ryder having some of the best duets between them and their reindeer
They regularly go on double dates with Elsa and Honeymaren
