Independent Wyll Ravengard Roleplay Blog
This is an independent roleplay blog for Wyll Ravengard of Baldur's Gate 3. I run this as a sideblog and I am highly selective about who I interact with, as well as low activity. Undercut are specifications.
The Rules
For interactions, you must be over the age of 18. Due to the material in Baldur's Gate 3, I only want to interact with people who are adults. It's a mature game with mature content, please respect that.
This blog will contain triggering content. Wyll was gaslighted at the age of 17 by Mizora to sign a warlock contract to save his city. He was a child, groomed by a cambion for her bidding. There is obviously some darker experiences tied to this, not to mention the game in general. I will do my best to tag triggering content, but if I miss something, let me know.
I am picky about shipping. Just because you romanced Wyll in game does not mean there will be chemistry with my interpretation. Wyll is a romantic at heart, and always hopes for the best in others, so you do have a decent shot if your muse isn't 100% an asshole. Here is an explanation of my opinion of what constitutes forced and not forced shipping.
I use minimal formatting and no icons. I don't want to spend more time making icons and formatting than actually writing. I'll tend to use small text unless my partner doesn't, then there's no formatting.
Be polite. Follow basic RP etiquette. No god mode and that. Don't know things about my character ahead of time. Don't badger me for replies/shipping.
DNIs and Callout Posts. I don't do those. You're free to interact with whomever you choose, I know how to use the block button. We're adults, we can figure out if someone's not good for us ourselves.
The Character
My base verse is became the Blade of Avernus. That does not mean I won't play the other options. That being said, I would like to discuss it prior to writing anything outside of that.
Wyll has a strong moral code. He's deeply invested in doing the right thing, even at a cost to himself. He wants to help, he wants to be seen as useful, and that can be detrimental to himself in the long run.
I play Wyll as demisexual with no gender bias. It takes a bit of development before Wyll decides to have a roll with someone. He wants to have that emotional connection and affection between parties before he engages in intercourse. He has a love for the old tales of romance and that's how he imagines his own romance.
I play Wyll as Transgender. I deeply feel that Wyll's story and mannerisms can be relatable to the transgender community. That being said, I myself am Cisgender and am not as familiar with some aspects of being transgender. If I get something incorrect about something, please let me know so I can correct it.
