I’ve come to realize that even when you have everything right in life, there are days that will seem not so great. You want to question everything and point out everything that is wrong. Not because the people or things around you aren’t great, but because sometimes there are just some chemicals that don’t mix well and your brain just isn’t making enough of the ones that make you happy. That’s okay. As long as you know that tomorrow you’ll give yourself a chance and your brain a chance to reset itself everything will be okay.
