Happy Valentines Day ♡ It ALL starts and ends with self love. If you are looking for 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲, find that 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 within yourselves before the Universe gives it back to you in a person, place or thing. We cannot give what we don't have inside of ourselves. If we don't 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 & respect ourselves, how can we expect others to 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 & respect us in return?

It's ALL an inside job! Other people reflect what we need to heal in order to find wholeness within ourselves.The Universe is a great mirror. It reflects back to you what you are. The energy you send out, is going to be reflected back to you. Where attention goes, energy  flows.

Our 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕥 is the  bridge to greater levels of consciousness awareness and energy. It is the center of our divinity. Our 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕥 is our direct connection to the unified field.  It is our 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕥 chakra where  polarization, division and separation merge as one.

What does this mean for you? It is where opposites unify.

↠The good and the bad unify.

↠The positive and negative unify.

↠The past and the future unify.

↠The yin and the yang  unify.

↠The beginning and the end unify.

↠ The male and the female energies within unify.

When the 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕥  and brain are working together in tandem we start to feel more connected to everything and everyone. We start to see the interconnectiveness in our everyday lives. It is at this point that you start to feel more whole and content with your life.  

Real magic begins to happen from this creative state of ONENESS ♡ because you are no longer creating from duality and separation. Instead you are creating from wholeness and unity that is found within you.

Our 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕥  center is what helps us change our mind and energy from living in selfish states to living in selfless states.  Instead of being of service to self, we are of service to others and all of  humanity. This is where we can start doing God's work, which is to make choices for all of humanity and not just ourselves. Our 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕥 center opening up helps us to serve, nurture, forgive, 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲, help, give, trust and care for not only ourselves but others!

𝗔𝗟𝗟 of us have experienced 🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴 at some point in our lives. Oftentimes, it is not welcome and nobody likes it and too many people 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥 it!

🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴 helps us develop qualities that are necessary for spiritual, mental and professional 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. These qualities that are fine tuned and developed during failure like: communication skills, creative thinking, collaboration and coping skills just to name a few.

It is through our 🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴🅂 that we open up to new ideas and new potentials outside of our 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀. Success keeps us in a loop, doing the same things over and over again with a formula or routine. While failure is the opposite. 🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴 makes us take a step back and look at the big picture from a 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.

I have personally experienced many "🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴🅂" in my life with friends, intimate partnerships, finances, new businesses, and professionally. All of those so-called "failures" helped me to heal, grow and evolve into the person  𝗜 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.

It was because of these "failures'' that I had to look authentically in the mirror and see what was and wasn't working in my life and what each lesson was teaching me. It was my "🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴🅂'' that led me down the path of my 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 and becoming a spiritual guide back home for others. It was my "failures'' that helped me write this post. Wisdom is nothing more than healed pain from past experiences.

In our current society, failure isn't seen in a positive light as it should be. The world “🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴” is not a dirty word. In my opinion, it is very misunderstood and overused. Oftentimes, people mislabeling lessons and mistakes as failures not 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

One of my favorite quotes is: "𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀." It is through our hard times that we learn and grow  the most. Our "🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴🅂" are simply teaching us some of our hardest life lessons.

All of us are wiser because of something difficult we went through yesterday. Our "🄵🄰🄸🄻🅄🅁🄴🅂" are often unwanted, but are excellent teachers for our own growth and evolution. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲!

Some people fear the 🔥 fire. Some people simply become it. There are some people fear their ability to achieve their 🄳🅁🄴🄰🄼🅂 and 🄶🄾🄰🄻🅂. But there are those who don’t give themselves a choice to 🧿 fail!

They go after what they want and won't 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 until they get it. They tune out the outside world and 𝗻𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀. They don’t listen to their fears or self-doubts. They just go after what they 🕉️ want. Who are you going to be? The 🄲🄷🄾🄸🄲🄴 is yours!

Before evolution, we were hunters and gatherers. Because of that we needed the ego to protect us from harm and to help us find food. The ego is still part of us now, even though we have evolved. But the ego has now taken on a role that works against our welfare instead of for us.

The unfunctional ego believes that it is separate from everything and everyone. For example we all know that person who has a dominating ego which leaves them wanting to be more powerful, wealthier, better than others etc. What does this mean? For the wounded egoic self it means living in constant FEAR and being a “victim” that is not able to overcome life challenges. The ego self pretends To be who we are, but it is not who we really are.

The ego's favourite tool to keep us under its influence is FEAR. So if you are fearful at this moment please understand that is your ego not you. When we recognize our own egos in ourselves we can break the identification so that it is no longer us and vice versa. In doing this, we can then see beyond the ego in others and it can give us more compassion, understanding & empathy.

Before we come to understand who we are as our own person based on our own truths - we have yet to be living from our true self. We are merely existing based on other peoples beliefs, experiences, theories, cultural norms, conditioning, programming & early influences in life.

How can we start to recognize the egos voice?

In order to break free from our ego, you have to be aware of when and how it is operating. Once we can recognize the ego for what it is and what it is doing- then we have already broken away from the identification of our ego self.

The ego self never goes away. I want to reiterate this over and over again. The point is not for the ego to go away, but rather to quiet it down the mind and be the main awareness: over the ego. When ego starts to get weaker, it has less control over our thoughts, emotions and actions!

Tips to keep you on track with your ego:

1) Create positive thoughts and affirmations. These pure thoughts leave the ego behind. The more you put this into practice, the more your soul will shine.

2) Keep reminding yourself that you are a soul having a human experience. This will allow your pure consciousness within you to emerge & shine!

3) Rewire your brain to look for the good in things vs the bad. When we train the mind to maintain a positive consciousness, we are able to ground in that positivity even when things aren’t going right at the time being.  When we have developed this discipline, we are able to better pick ourselves up and carry on with our lives in a positive direction.

4) Spend your time and energy surrounded by people who are also interested in self growth. We are who we surround ourselves with. Choose the company you keep wisley!

Life is an echo 🪞 What you send out, comes back. What you sow, you reap. What you give, you get. What you see in others, exists in you.

𝗨𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗱 issues don't disappear on their own with 🅃🄸🄼🄴.They are 𝕡𝕒𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕕 𝕕𝕠𝕨𝕟 to your family, friends, intimate partners, children, health, 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲  𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and relationships. When we 🄷🄴🄰🄻 ourselves, we heal the next generation that follows. ℙ𝕒𝕚𝕟 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕥𝕣𝕒𝕦𝕞𝕒 is passed through the family line until someone is ready to feel it to 🄷🄴🄰🄻 it and let it go!

Will you 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 the chain  today? Meet anger with 𝕤𝕪𝕞𝕡𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕪, contempt with 𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕡𝕒𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟 and cruelty with 𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕕𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤. Welcome hard times with 🅂🄼🄸🄻🄴🅂! It is through the 𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 that we find our 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 from within!

Get a little lost, get a little found. Many beautiful paths can’t be discovered without getting lost. With moments of despair comes the discovery of great things. Many popular teachings, myths and legends revolve around. People who leave the safety of their comfort zone only to find themselves afraid and lost. After experiencing struggles ➡ they returned and shared a message of wisdom, hope and inspiration.

Getting lost and finding yourself is not limited to ancient times. The people of today who have found themselves lost ➡ experience personal turmoil which is then followed by great achievements. With the current times we are in, you may find yourself in a situation that is challenging, confusing and out of your comfort zone.

Through my personal experiences, I have learned that difficult moments ➡ are always beneficial for us and our spiritual growth and evolution. I often go out of my way to place myself in situations that challenge the current status quo of my life. This forces me to rethink: how I act, what I feel, what I believe, and how I live my life today.

I challenge you to accept the next opportunity that presents itself for you to stray from your ordinary path in life. Until you go for it, you will never know what lies outside the borders of your life. Get lost and explore for yourself to find yourself ✔

What is Emotional Freedom Technique like?

EFT works by releasing blockages by tapping acupressure meridians on the body. When these blockages are triggered and released, the thoughts, feelings and emotions can be released and move through the body.

How to start the process? To start the process of EFT, the person would say for example, “even though I have this (fear) about (the time I was criticised for being noisy), I completely accept myself anyway." Or you can use alternative statements that resonate with you like: "I am working on ___" or " I am letting go of __" or "I release myself from __" or "I want to accept __ about myself" etc.

At this point, the person doing the statements will repeat the statements three times while tapping the karate chop point (please see above photo). During the second part of this treatment, the person focuses on the feelings in the body and rates it's intensity from 1-10.

The third part involves the person tapping the points around the face while saying out loud "this fear" simultaneously. Until the fear is rated at a zero, as many rounds of this can be done.

Effectiveness of EFT:

In my opinion, EFT is a very effective way of cleansing out any unwanted feelings and blocks. Once the unwanted feeling is gone; the limiting belief , old program or negative thought patterns are also released. With this space for grace; new positive thoughts, feelings and emotions can emerge. Anyone can learn EFT and it can empower you to take back your power and take charge of life once again. Nobody is addicted to anything, they are addicted to escaping reality. I can most definitely relate to this as I used alcohol and drugs for many years as an escape from my current status quo. I was chasing temporary alleviation that got me in a lot of trouble. By partying I was avoiding my emotions, thoughts and feelings that made me uncomfortable.

When I discovered drugs and alcohol I felt like I could finally have a break from it all. At the time, I thought that I had found a solution but it was a temporary and fleeting one. The reality was that I was just putting a band-aid over my wound but never really addressing why I had that wound in the first place. Instead of looking within myself, I was looking outside of myself for the solution.

I thought that the alcohol and drugs were making me feel better, but instead it made me feel worse. It lowered my vibrations and after partying and bingeing on drugs and alcohol I was more depressed, anxious and lost. I would regularly have emotions like shame, guilt and embarrassment after nights out that I didn't remember. Escaping my reality wasn't making my reality any better, it made it much worse.

It's a very tough cycle for me to embrace. Intuitively I knew that drinking and partying wasn't helping but I didn't know how to get out of my own self-imposed prison. This cycle lasted for 10 years of my life. It started in my teenage years when I was in high school as soon as I had access to alcohol and drugs. Using alcohol and drugs as a gateway to run away from my inner thoughts, feelings and emotions took me back to that same place I was running from. I was going around in circles like a hamster running on a wheel.

I am soul proud to say that it has been 4 years since I have been sober. After I went through my spiritual awakening, things that were not in alignment with my Higher Self fell away. This included any addictions like alcohol and drugs. When I cleared the energetic blocks, I was no longer addicted to alcohol or any other escape mechanism. I was able to process and integrate the emotions, thoughts and feelings I felt without having to escape my reality.

After my spiritual awakening I faced my inner child wounds, repressed emotions, traumas and shadow self. Instead of self medicating with drugs and alcohol I was able to self-heal myself with love. Are you struggling with addictions, depression, illness, weight gain/loss, fatigue, chronic stress, hair loss or anxiety? These are all a result of being spiritually imbalanced. They are all manifestations of the root problem. This is your soul's way of telling you there is an issue. Even when you "cure" one symptom it will keep manifesting as something else.

When the ego mind rules, illness occurs. Your body is a vehicle for your most powerful lessons because it can't be ignored. You can try to ignore your soul, but the body has a destructive voice. You'll hear it loud and clear in spite of your refusal to grow. It will wake you up from a deep sleep and drench you and sweat until you surrender to a new point of view.

Battling with addiction, grief, loss, anxiety, stress, illness, depression or anger? I believe that all physical alignments and diseases stem from emotional problems. Any misalignments are your soul's way of telling you there's something wrong.The body cannot be ignored. When we see physical wounds in ourselves or others, we take positive action.

Your soul is always in charge. To heal your body, you must also do the inner work or realigning with your higher self. Seek to understand how and why you disconnected from your wisdom. Examine your past if your choice is where you could have taken a different path. Make adjustments in your beliefs and programming to take steps in a new direction. This is essential for healing your mind, body and spirit connection.

Your soul is calling you to step into your Divine lens. You're being nudged to quit the job that's toxic, start the business of dreaming up return to school or walk away from a toxic relationship. Your illness won't prevent you from taking these steps. On the contrary, making these changes will save your life.

As a caterpillar becomes a butterfly you are slowly waking into your true essence as a spiritual being. When you go through this awakening, others will see your light and feel your love. This will help your love expand and grow.

As you advance on your spiritual growth journey you will see new insights about yourself. Because of this you may lose attachments to material items, careers, family, friends, society and even yourself.

As your awareness shifts from human to spiritual, your relationships with others will change. You will see from your spiritual perspective vs your ego lens. When you see from your spirit glasses, it will help you understand that you are part of the grand scheme of life. You are the Universe in human form and contribute to the whole.

Each of us is blessed with different gifts and abilities to help our brothers and sisters. it is important to not compare your gifts with others. We each have unique gifts and abilities that are like puzzle pieces that fit in to finish the puzzle.
