I weighed a pound less than when I last checked (two days ago?). And I even already ate two sandwiches today, so I could have been lighter yet. It feels good to be losing again.

Simple Low-Cal Smoothie Recipe 🍓🍌
Ingredients:
1.5 cups frozen strawberries (~64 cals)
1/2 banana (~50 cals)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (30 cals)
(Keep in mind I am estimating the measurements, tweak them as necessary)
Total Calories: ~144
Strawberries and almond milk are low cal. The banana adds some sweetness.
I don’t want to look quite like EC, but I’d rather look like her than look like I do now
Low cal pizza 🍕
Ingredients:
1 xtreme wellness tortilla (50 cals)
1 tablespoon pizza sauce (6 cals)
1 mozzarella cheese slice (60 cals
1 slice of turkey sandwich meat (17 cals)
Total: 133 calories
Directions:
Spread pizza sauce onto tortilla
Cut cheese slice into small pieces and sprinkle onto pizza
Add toppings (I ripped apart a piece of sandwich meat)
Bake (I cooked mine in an air fryer, on the bake setting, for about 8 minutes at 400 degrees F)
Enjoy!
I really enjoyed it and it’s a good low calorie version for pizza. You can certainly change the ingredients but the calorie count will be different!

My mom keeps looking at my body and it makes me so uncomfy. She comments on my weight loss saying stuff like “you keep getting skinnier and skinnier,” and “do you even eat?”

Edit: Maybe the next time I go over to someone’s house, I can use theirs and then tell my mom that I found out ours is wrong. That could work

Lost 1 pound again finally. I was at 125 for not even a week, but it felt like forever.
Also, I don’t trust my scale cause it’s old and I’m scared that I might weigh 5-10 lbs more than it says. But how could I tell my mom to get a new one without her becoming a little suspicious??
