When the espresso came out on a large saucer, I kinda got the feeling that the barista was no longer trying. Whatever it was, it hadn't been dialed in well, very acid forward, low body, low sweetness. Not the best use of $7.5 when the first coffee I couldn't finish, and the 2nd wasnt really up to par. Quite unfortunate considering how delicious the coffee has been up to now. *sigh* went from wanting all of the coffees to wanting none... O_o #CoffeeHunt (at Bare Witness)

The roasty, slightly medical char of this Honduras filter has me thinking that someone put an espresso roast through the batch filter. Even so, there is a light honey lime sweetness right at the back. Think I might skip this coffee and try all the others. #CoffeeHunt (at Bare Witness)

Dropped boys off at dance and managed to find a new @backgroundcoffee café called @behind.the.beans.belrose. While they didn't have any single origin coffees available to drink, their 4 bean house blend was light enough to enjoy as an espresso, with the spice of the Indian and a lovely bright nectarine sweetness. They even had a cold drip coffee available made with an Ethiopia single origin. Deliciously silky milk chocolate with a light floral note throughout. Lovely find. #CoffeeHunt (at Behind the Beans)

Yum. Draft has a stellar Colombia espresso on today. Rich bite of juicy pear, with a slightly tart acidity in the finish. Clean and balanced. Awesome effort! 😆👍#CoffeeHunt (at Draft Coffee Roasters)

Delicious! This Costa Rica Santa Rosa natural catuai was complex light and yum. Awesome vanilla all the way through with a complex sweet wood, like you'd get in a nice whisky. Awesome open for portable office indeed. 😆👍#CoffeeHunt (at Calibrate Coffee)
