that new joke is rewarded with a roll of her eyes. ' some light roleplay isn't going to be the thing to cheer me up, stefan, knock it off. ' hesitates, adds, ' is everything okay with you, actually ? you've been a little out of it lately. '

His brows shot up at the name. "Stefan?" he practically spout out with a bright laugh. "What type of stupid name is that? It's like his parents wanted to be unique with Stephen and came up with that stupid name" he chuckled. Leaning forward, he looked around for a moment before turning to her, "I hate to break it to you but I'm not this 'Stefan' guy"

that response elicits a surprised breath, unsure whether to laugh or scoff, or how seriously to take him. stefan's not usually so ... whatever this is. ' okay, easy on the judging. both of us bashing him isn't exactly going to make me feel better. you know you don't have to come to these things if they aren't your scene, right ? '

He thought for a moment before scrunching his face and shaking his head, "no. no I don't think I want to," he disagreed, a smile still laying on his features before raising a brow. "You talk like you know me, which makes me concerned seeing as I've never seen you a day in my life"

klaus glanced toward the commotion that seemed to be just two drunken and dumb teenagers making spectacles of themselves. he looked over at the woman, making a face and nodded, motioning toward the unfolding drama. ❝ go on, then. give me your prediction. who's crying first? i got five pounds on the one with floppy hair. he gives the look of a very emotional drunk. ❞

"I think..." she drew out, tapping on her bottom lip as she continued to watch the scene. "'You do this because you don't like who I hang out with -" she began before moving to the other side, voice deepening, "'No, Becky, I do this because you're stupid when you're drunk and do stupid things'" she continued before stopping and looking up at the other. "I give it maybe 15 more minutes and they'll be making out. Teenagers are weird like that"

“oh, i wasn’t gonna stop it—” jeremy stopped in his tracks and reached over and stole one of her chips. “i wanted to get a better view. this party has been pretty mild compard to tyler’s usual ragers.”

She wanted to smack his hand and had just barely held herself back from doing so, not wanting to actually be aggressive over something as stupid as a bowl of chips but she had always been defensive over what was hers - so she hoped the look she gave him was enough to stop him. "You know, you should probably hold off on telling people that - what if I was a cop or something?" she snorted

There was a sense of fondness with her maker in a way that was not easily described. She was thankful for his rare kindness at turning her but at the same time cursed him for damning her to eternal life. "If it isn't the one and only Kol Mikaelson, I fear if I say too much I'll give you a complex"

"Oh lord, you're three sheets to the wind, love," she said as she held her hands out to steady the other. "I hate playing the parent card, it's not exactly my forte but it might be best if you took a quick break. Alcohol poisoning is not fun"

The  music  was  loud  enough  to  shake  the  walls,  bodies  packed  shoulder  to  shoulder  throughout  the  Lockwood  estate  as  laughter  and  drunken  conversations  blended  into  one  endless  blur  of  noise.  Anora  stood  near  the  edge  of  it  all,  a  red  cup  dangling  loosely  from  her  fingers  as  she  watched  the  crowd  rather  than  joined  it.

She was too old for this shit yet the partier in her loved the thought of a college party. She had yet to take the college route, compelling her way to being a lawyer, but she could only imagine this is what a normal college rager was like. The booze was cheap and the scent of musk made her gag every now and then but it was also somewhat enjoyable in a weird way
