Oy! Did you get lost kid? Need some help finding mommy and daddy? @ask-miss-sleepless
He looks at the female killer with a hateful bitterness at the “mommy and daddy” bit. One’s in heaven and the other one’s in hell hopefully. Piers walks up to her like he might hit her, but, he doesn’t have that sort of resolve.
“You..”
He looks awful, before turning away.
“You can’t help me”
Admittedly, he’s lost and that’s something he doesn’t need to be reminded of. It hurts and he can’t stop it from hurting. He’s in a place he doesn’t remember seeing before with strange beings like her already on his tail.
@ask-miss-sleepless
It doesn’t help much but, he’ll accept it. From what she had said, he got a dreadfully bad feeling about this realm. It wasn’t as cold as Ormond, but he’s a got a feeling that it’s just as bare and unwelcoming to those that set foot in it. That’s how he thinks of his home anyways.
“Thanks or whatever…”
He hadn’t meant to act like such a little bitch, but it did good to distance others before they got too close for comfort.
“You said you wanted to take me to the campfire right?”
Queeny nodded.
“It’s not safe for you here. To many creeps.”
She crossed her arm infront of her chest and looked disgusted to the side. She knew that she didn’t had to fear anything from the other killers. At least as long she didn’t provoke them. Still she had some bad feelings on a few of them.
“At the campfire you can talk to the other survivor and warm up…or if don’t want to be around others…I can take you to my realm. You decide”
Maybe she was right about there being too many creeps, he had half the mind to call her out on it(she did look a bit creepy). He hardly knows her, but the idea of heading to her realm wouldn’t be too bad by him. He’s ventured to worse places.
“Where’s you realm?”
Piers asks the insomniac when he goes to give his own arm a squeeze. The last thing he wants right now is to be left alone with a bunch of strangers, but with her, he felt somewhat safe. Like a celebrity being guarded.
A gentle smile appeared and she offered him her hand.
“It’s not far. Just follow me”
She didn’t know why she was doing this but she felt like she was responsible for him. Maybe she just wanted to be needed by someone who wasn’t a pervert and/or a walking pizza. Being able to successfully protect someone. Make up for past mistakes.
“Okay..”
He’d follow her like a lost puppy, because that’s what he was at the moment. Piers clung to her hand like it was– like it was her hand. It had seemed like it was only yesterday when she was here with him. Where she’d laugh and he’d get to see her smile. She had the prettiest smile... even in death.
