Guess those tiny bottles of liquid calories weren’t so harmless after all.

Well had a Doctors appointment today. Just a check up. it’s been like 2 years since I’ve been there. That being said I’m sitting on the exam table. Was told to take my shirt off so he could listen to my heart. I figured I would get a comment at this point lol 😂. He checks my heart says everything sounds good then proceeds to grabs a handful of the bottom of my belly and says so when did this happen and he didn’t expect me to “get so chunky” in college with how Athletic I was in HS. All my vitals are perfect though so he didn’t really say anything else 😂
