Ok, best friends so believe it or not this is me girl okay at the beginning of my weight loss journey,
I weighed about 190 pounds that is the most I’ve ever weighed in my entire life and I’m used to being a small petite girl out of nowhere I just gained so much weight depression,
Drinking bad eating habits you name it okay and yeah this is the first day I said you know what I’m gonna start my journey,
It was very difficult I remember wearing that waist trainer and being frustrated because it couldn’t fit me,
And I just broke down crying in that bathroom and this is how I looked and that’s myself.
I don’t want to look like that again and this is me after my journey I dropped the weight and I’m gonna tell you guys in this article exactly what I did step by step.
So that you know you guys can also experience even these results as you can see I was fooling myself I look like a whole different person.
I lost my double chin I lost weight on my arms everywhere now I’m gonna show you guys what I’m gonna tell you, guy,
Welcome to my weight loss journey, okay best friends now did you see how it looked before and after,
Let me share with you guys my weight loss training so the first thing you want to do number one-stop eating after seven,
okay once I stop eating after seven I noticed a dramatic difference I stopped waking up feeling bloated,
I started waking up it seemed that my stomach fat started going down for me my problem area has always been my stomach,
I mean when I gain weight I gained weight everywhere but when I really gained weight your girl looks pregnant absolutely people tell me, girl, you’re pregnant,
Which was so embarrassing and I know this I thought I saw something that’s finally stopped eating after seven,
Because I remember when I first lost weight years ago I noticed that I wasn’t eating after seven,
So I said alright I’m gonna do it this time and it really works your body needs to fat so when you stop eating after seven and meI wake up around eight o’clock.
So if you stop eating after seven you give your body like 14 hours to break down on the food that you’re eating earlier too fast your body’s,
Not putting in work you know I’m saying so when you wake up you feel lighter I promise you this is before you even workout before you even eat healthy you,
Have it starts with discipline this is gonna be so hard the first night only to cry because I love I ane hogging guy so kay champs watching my favorite shows,
Cuz you don’t love hip-hop and all my favorite shows fatal attraction you know comes on at ten o’clock eleven o’clock.
So that’s when I used to like to have my snacks or whatever but then I saw myself it’s not worth it, it’s not worth me feeling,
Like how I’m feeling I got to make a change so if you want to really see a drastic difference you really got to get out of your comfort zone,
This is gonna be the first two weeks and is gonna be the hardest to its of your life.
But if you really want this I promise you you can do it, okay I promise you I feel like I must’ve cracked like this whole article,
Ut I’m telling you number one-stop eating after seven you guys see a drastic difference you’re gonna wake up feeling better you’re gonna it,
Just it just helps you okay that’s what I first started doing the second thing is this is alike what I’m going to tell you is very life-changing,
Cut out dairy cut out meat and cut out alcohol for the first month I know probably a lot of you like what girl I’m not gonna be vegan,
No, I need me and I just think the same way like how can anyone get full without eating any type of meat,
You know I’m saying like that’s not Philly mm-hmm that’s a lie let me just say not only eating,
Without eating me helps you to lose the way but iron but I noticed that meat cutting out there me all together my skin look how flawless my skin was looking,
So like it was glowing it was radiant if you struggle with acne once you cut out dairy it’s just gonna go away there’s no soap in the world,
when you want to get rid of acne when you get when you want to get rid of toxins you got to start off with dairy,
And meat I used to be like oh everybody’s trying to be vegan because it’s the trending thing to do celebrities are doing it,
But I noticed that once I don’t wanna say I’m completely vegan because I do Dibble and dabble with seafood,
And seafood is so good so let’s eat when you’re working on your weight loss because you can eat like tension,
And it’s like only 30calories shrimp is really not that bad for you but for the sake of the beef all of that is horrible it takes.
so long to break down and digest in your system it’s not worth it don’t eat chicken I used to think oh if I gave up this rubber chicken,
And I take feta cheese and put it in the salad then you know that’s healthy right it’s not I will eat like that and feel bloated as ever,

So if you didn’t eat meat you cut out dairy what did you eat this all right boom in the morning I will wake up have before I eat anything,
I wake up at 7:00 in the morning drink a nice cup of green tea is so good for getting rid of with first of all green tea is really good,
With the bloating so if you have that problem like I do when you blow a lot it helps with that and it just makes you feel better in the morning,
For some reason when I drink Kombucha tea I feel like the next thing I do is disintermediate fasting,
So my first meal of the day will be at 12 o’clock yeah saw drink green tea I 7:00 in the morning they’re not 12 o’clock right,
I break my fast and Ithe a big bowl of fruits okay what kind of fruits
But anyways I took a really big bowl and I put three types of fruits right and then I put mixed nuts in it,
and you probably like a girl how does that keep you full like you don’t eat eggs and bacon all of that crap it’s not good for you.
I’m telling you like I watched this documentary on Netflix what the hell and I was like oh my god everything in my life,
That I thought was good for you like I’m survived ham and cheese and make the sandwich and think that’s good for you,
Know processed meat is the worst type of meat eggs is not supposed to be consumed by like people they say,
And I noticed once again is not me trying to follow the trend I noticed when I broke away from the dairy from the eggs,
From the cheese from the meat I immediately lost the weight it just slid off of me and that’s and I don’t even mention this gym yet,

Friends, Now I’m gonna talk about is just um tips for like I would say like your first week on the plan,
I’m gonna be looking down because I have like a few things and I also write another article that you could go ahead and look at,
But I had a lot of questions from that Article so I just felt like now that I’ve been on the plan for months um um it’s up to me,
I’m on the five and one I’ve been on it four months I’ve lost about 47 pounds I haven’t weighed myself in a couple of days.
But when the last time I weighed myself it was 47 pounds my ultimate goal is50 so hopefully, I’ve hit that but I just felt that,
I’ve been on it long enough that I could give you some really good tips on what I think you should do that’ll keep you kind of just on track,
Even if you follow some people on Instagram Octavia max as I love her I follow her all the time like they just give different things,
I know a lot of people do like they drink all shakes and stuff I don’t necessarily do that but just are these are just general tips,
That if you’re just starting out and you want to know like how can I make sure I get the best out of this.
This is just like some general tips you can have so the first one I would say is no hacks when you start this plan you’re gonna see a lot of recipes,
You’re gonna see a lot of ooh you could have this you could do this stay away from the hacks I know you probably heard it before.
But it worked for me I didn’t do any hacks I remember when my coach first told me that I was like what I’ve been reading all these hacks,
I want to do these hacks and she was like you know keep it simple don’t worry about the hack seat,
Your feelings as they are so I would say I know you’re gonna see all these cool hacks but you could do that later don’t worry about that,
Forget about the hacks and stick to eating the feeling like they are and try to get the ones that you’re like your first month,
When you’re getting it or even that first week write down the ones you really like because your coach should have put a variety in there like,
I’ll ask them, my clients, a few questions about what they like if they’re a sweet person or whatever,
And I’ll try to mix it in but write down the ones you really like so that when you order your next box it’s more of the stuff,
You actually like okay second thing drink water even my little girl this is her water bottle she even hai have a huge one like this,
But she has a really big one like this and listens the straw makes all the difference this is hers is so cute I think this is only like 44ounces minus 73 ounces.
So mine is much larger but I’m not talking about walking around with a little bottle of water and telling yourself,
Oh, I drank about three bottles of water get a container measure make sure you’re c drinking water like 64 ounces of water is great,
But they say like divide your weight by two and that’s how much water you’re drinking now I know when you’re the first starting x playing a lot of us are not at a decent weight.
But I would say if you could at least get like not a whole gallon but I would say I don’t know 84 ounces of water,
Would be something good to kind of stay around or at least 80 ounces of water but64 just won’t cut it you want to be over64 ounces,
Like you want to make sure honestly you’re going to the bathroom when you’re going to the bathroom you know that you’ve hit a point,
Where your body’s had enough water I know it’s aggravating but that first week you want to get the most out of it,
So drink your water, okay the next thing I would say is to eat on time. it times you every two and a half hours making sure you’re eating on time,
try not to go longer than three hours without eating eat on time stay on schedule the other thing I would say is to keep your lean,
And green simple I get it you want to incorporate this into the lifestyle you want to make I to h I want this to be like forever yes listen you could,
Sacrifice a couple of weeks keeping things simple so you could get closer to your goal and then we can start incorporating these big recipes,
Because there are some days I come home and I am hungry do you know how frustrating it’s gonna be if you’re gonna go in there try to create some recipe,
And you don’t get it right and then now you’re not satisfied to have your lean and green prepared be ready keep it simple,
I did salads for a very long time not everybody likes salads I do green beans and fish green beans mushrooms,
And fish I’ll do chicken broccoli cauliflower rice do like lettuce and chicken lettuce and fish even do Tuna salads,
Tuna in the can like keep it simple I buy the little bags of the meat from Walmart and just warm that like I keep it really simple,
Because it just gives you peace of mind that your meal is ready to go you don’t have to worry about oh I gotta go sit,
And cook this meal you have yours ready even if you have to cook for your family eat before you cook for your family,
That way you’re not standing over a stove and now you’re hungry because you’re cooking for them and you want to taste their food,
Okay make sure you have it keep it simple don’t stress about it but keep your lean and green simple now the other thing,
I would say is limit your condiments a lot of people will say oh you can have three condiments,
And they’ll have like almond milk in their coffee that’s okay then they’ll have like maybe uh laughing college in something I get it,
And then they’ll have they’ll want to season their stuff when it gets to their lean and green I would say just try,
And limit that if you drink coffee every day or you put um almond milk or something in your coffee every morning,
Because you want to drink coffee then okay you’re already having one condiment every day I would limit it to just one condiment per day,
And then not have one throughout the rest of the day that first day and then the next day if you have to have it,
But just try to limit your condiments I just feel like following the plan as strictly as possible for at least the first week or two just gives you the most bang,
For your buck I mean and who doesn’t want to lose the most amount of weight as I know I do okay now another thing,
I would say is measure in ounces that vegetable chart that you’re gonna get I have it by me I always have a body you are gonna measure in ounces,
Do not try to fix a cup of this or a cup of that you’re going to be too off measure in ounces and I feel like your lean,
And greens will be more on par with what you’re supposed to eat because you also don’t want to give yourself a lower amount of food,
Then you’re supposed to be getting so make sure that you are measuring your vegetables in ounces measuring your lean meat in ounces stick to measuring in ounces,
Because you don’t want to put yourself in a situation where you’re not getting enough food are you putting too much food on your plate,
And once you start measuring yes you’ll be able to eyeball it but that’s just part of the education of the program,
You’ll start to learn oh this is how much of this I can have and it kind of gives you a better idea of what you can do but measure in ounces,
I want to stick to the ounces chart and that’s pretty much all the tips I have for today like I said good luck if you’re on the first week of the plan,
Works I’ve been on it for four months and this is the only thing that I’ve even stuck to I’ve done weight watchers,
I’ve done everything I’ve worked out constantly barely like I’ve done so many different things this is like kind of the only thing that I’ve done stuck with,

hey, y’all it’s Tabitha so today I am doing my four-week check-in I have been doing optician for a month,
Many People Message me to create articles on Optavia Dining Out Guide and Optavia Eating Out Guide, Optavia Snacks, Optivia Recipes, Octavia Recipes,
So I thin to create an article on These Topics,
And let me tell you what it’s been spectacular key so for a recap the first week I lost 10 pounds week,
Two I lost like two pounds my third week I lost four pounds and then my fourth week so last week lost more weight,
But let me tell you real quick how much you know before I tell you the total of the month um and what I lost last week,
What has been going on the last two weeks with me has me absolutely stunned by the results that I got last week today is Monday last Tuesday,
I had sinus surgery and so I had to do a round of steroids six days prior to that so over the last two weeks I lost right pretty much eight pounds over course of those,
After two weeks on steroids and then I had sinus surgery and I felt like garbage why and today the first day I have felt somewhat human,
I’m so thankful because I have felt so terrible since Tuesday I have pretty much stayed in my recliner watching tv laying around,
Because I have felt so bad and I don’t remember feeling that bad after my last few Simon surgeries,
And let me tell you this plan because I felt so terrible was a godsend because um I did get sick with the c-word really is about the same tit-for-tat,
Howi felt that bad and I actually gained weight because I had no energy to cook anything,
But I had nothing like canned junk food right so I gained like I think five pounds when I was sick with the work we won’t mention,
But because everything is so quick and easy and even my lean and green meals were so quick and easy to put together I had some leftovers,
But otherwise, I like did some frozen veggies with some seasoning and it’s a simple protein it was so easy to stick to,
And I had all the nutrition that I needed of course I’m healing from surgery so I really need that nutrition I didn’t fall off of the plan I was able to stick to it,
And eat what I needed to eat because it’s so quick and easy let me add that in there considering that lost 3.8 pounds on my fourth weeknight at almost four pounds,
I went from 196 to 177 even that’s pretty much uh it was one196.6 I believe so I’m like really right there at the 20-pound mark,
I want to give myself the 20 pounds but well it’s fine so that has been my experience thus far I’m not then,
And I’m like a few ounces shy of 20 pounds and guess what guys no exercise not saying that you don’t need to exercise or that you won’t that,
I won’t start exercising but I didn’t do some of this or all of this with no exercise but uh yeah that is my week four check-in am amazed,
And let me tell you if I could tell the world about this and I’m trying to tell the world about this,
Because nothing else has worked for me nothing keto I did whole a whole 30 paleo um and a carb cycling you name it,
I’ve done nothing I was beginning to become very depressed thinking that I was just kind of basically stuck being overweight,
And out of shape and tired all the time I was just like okay I guess I’m this is just it’s just gonna be my life but it doesn’t have to be it.

So let’s head out and get going all right changed my outfit a little bit more comfortable and I’m gonna grab my dining out guide,
And then a few more things and we are gonna go all right so I’ve made it to Chick-fil-A’s, I’ve decided on the way over here,
That I’m gonna get the grilled chicken nuggets and a side salad with just lettuce and tomato and I’m gonna do some light Italian dressing as well.
So yeah we’ll see how it goes I actually brought my food scale from home just away and measure everything to see how close it is to an actual leaning grain meal,
So I will do all that once I get my food here just real briefly as I’m in line at chick-fil-a behind these trees let me see if I can scoot up a little,
And you can see there is a new salad and go coming up I’m super excited about that if you live in Arizona,
And I think also in texas, they also have these salads and goes a super great place they have some really good salads.
There so maybe one of these days I can do a leading grain from there as well all right so let’s review chick-fil-a here.

You see a lot of times I’ll ask people how you feeling and they say you know what honestly I’m tired of feeling like crap.
I’m so fatigued all the time and I need to lose weight but I don’t feel motivated and I don’t want to really exercise,
And I know it’s New Year’s resolution time but it just feels like it’s so hard and I’m addicted to sugar and if I even look at a piece of cake,
I seem to gain five pounds and it’s just so frustrating and I just I’m not sleeping well and I feel stressed out,
And these are things that I hear I could walk into a crowd and throw a rock and it would land on someone who would be saying the same thing it just seems like,
Because we have so much abundance and excess in America that we are just constantly eating ourselves into being sick right.
So I just got back from a week at Disney World and if you have ever done that you know it’s like just a marathon every single day,
You know and we were up early and we were up late and then we did it again and we did it again,
And we did it like seven days in a row and it was a little exhausting however it was also a lot of fun and one of the things that I noticed is that,
Because there was so much food everywhere people were constantly eating and there are so many people that were on scooters,
And so many people in wheelchairs and so many people that look so uncomfortable and they just seemed so tired,
And you know I’m right I really feel for him because when you’re not feeling good you want something to comfort you,
And we’ve been trained we’ve been socially hypnotized to turn to food when we don’t feel good and then we turn to that food or we turn to alcohol,
And then what happens is we end up feeling worse we flood our body with a bunch of sugar and a bunch of bread,
and it creates all kinds of acid which creates inflammation inside of us and inflammation is the foundation of illness,
And disease and dis-ease right and so we’re turning to the things because we’ve been taught to do this we’re turning to foods that are actually causing us to feel worse,
And then we get stuck in this pattern because it’s like it gives me a good feeling at the moment even though I know,
It’s bad for me and so I figured at least I’m gonna feel good for a moment and at least I can feel good for these few moments that I’m chewing on whatever it is,
That I’m chewing and that’s why we keep going back to it because your unconscious mind wants an escape it wants some adventure,
It wants a distraction it wants a reward a tree it wants to feel better and so it thinks that that food gonna make you feel better,
And then we go to it and then we end up feeling tired then we emotionally beat up on ourselves why did I do that,
I knew I shouldn’t have done that now I’m tired now I’mfrustrated now you know I’m farther away from my weight-loss goals,
Then I was before and then we just emotionally beat up on ourselves to the point where we get tired of feeling bad,
And then we think I got an idea I’m gonna go eat something and it’s this horrible vicious cycle right where all the sudden,
We find ourselves going round and round in this terrible cycle of you know wanting to feel good,
And then turning to things that don’t make us feel good and then you know feeling frustrated so our brain says,
Well I know it’ll make you feel good and then we just go right back to it again and it’s heartbreaking but here’s the deal,
There’s a Magic Spells for Weight Loss that can get you out of it right and I wish it was just abracadabra right,
And all of a sudden we’re thin and healthy and full of energy but it’s not it’s a magic spell that has to do with self-love,
It has to do with taking care of ourselves in a whole new way because most of us are simply not taking care of ourselves,
And there’s a variety of reasons and excuses for why that is you know we don’t have time I don’t feelgood,
About myself I’ve got a crazy schedule I’m taking care of everybody else all right there’s always a reason,
Why we’re not able to make ourselves a priority and that’s because we have these limiting beliefs that make us feel like taking care of ourselves,
Is somehow wrong or somehow bad or it’s sinful we got all these crazy nonsense ideas for why we can’t take care of ourselves,
And you have to take care of yourself you’ve got to make yourself a priority if you’re going to experience any kind of breakthrough in your life,
If you do not make time for yourself there won’t be time for yourself if I didn’t make time to do this article right now this article would never happen,
Because I’ve got so many things going on and a million excuses for why this never could have happened,
But I got intentional and decided that I’m gonna make it happen I don’t have time for this I’m making time for this,
And that’s why it’s happening and the same is true for you so when I talk about self-love what I’ve learned,
So yeah I’ve been helping people to create inner peace and prosperity with their health their happiness their marriages the relationships,
They have with themselves and with their confidence, people don’t come in for dinner peace and prosperity they come in,
Because they’re suffering from anxiety they come in because they’ve tried to lose 50 100 150 pounds for 32 years 40years,
Sometimes and they’ve never been able to do it they come in because they’re smoking or addicted to weed or opioids,
Or you know other you know harder drugs and they’re looking for a way out they come in because they have chronic insomnia,
Or because they have aches and pains and the doctors don’t know what it is and so they keep making up these terms,
If you look it up it just says I don’t know what this is right it’s just some kind of pain that you have and so they give you pills for it,
And then the pills just give you side effects and nothing really helps and then we get depressed,
So then people come in because they’re depressed and we’re always trying to change our external things right if it was the situation was different,
If my marriage was different if I had more money if I was 50 pounds thinner then everything would be better I have found that that is not the case people,
Will divorce their spouse go marry someone else and have the same exact problems I’ve had clients who lost 50 pounds to 75 pounds,
And then discovered that they were still unhappy because they thought if I just was thin then I’d be happy all my problems would be solved,
And guess what it doesn’t happen right and then they get really depressed it’s a real you mind mess you know and when all of a sudden you think,
That’s gonna give it to you and that’s gonna create the happiness and then it doesn’t what creates happiness is loving,

How I lost over 60 pounds in four months before I start I just want to say that I am not a health expert I am not a fitness expert very far from it,
Um this is just me simply sharing my story with you guys hopefully this serves as an inspiration for all of you,
That has been trying to lose weight before I really started this lifestyle change I tried so many diets,
I tried weight loss pills tried everything one huge factor that I did was cut carbs out yes I know you probably hear that all the time.
I’m sure everyone has heard of the keto diet you know I hate the word diet I don’t like using the word keto.
When people inbox me and they’re like oh are you on the keto diet I’m like no I just don’t eat carbs.
But I guess basically that is what it is I just don’t like that words because they just sound just very discouraging personally.
So I just call it a lifestyle change or a journey that sounds a little bit more positive and um so yeah cutting carbs out cut your carbs out,
If you want to lose weight cut your carbs out carbs are the sugar that creates fat in your body if you do not burn it off,
Now I know I’ve gotten a lot of backlash from people saying that you know you should eat carbs not eating any carbs bad for you.
Yes I know when I say I cut carbs out I mean the bad carbs I still ate bananas which have a lot of carbs in them stellate apples,
Still, eight oranges I cut the bad carbs out of bread pasta rice juice snacks candy anything that had more than five grams of carbs,
I did not touch and honestly, I saw a huge change in my weight in two weeks I think in the first two weeks of me just cutting carbs out,
And going to the gym I lost about 15 pounds you guys are probably like well how much did you weigh and I weighed228 pounds,
That is my heaviest not ashamed to say how much I used to weigh and I’m very proud of that,
so anyways I cut all cars it was very hard I drink a lot of water water water drink water is going to help with the weight loss.
iI didn’t count you know how many ounces or cups I drank in a day all I know is I drank a lot of water I also drink a lot of hot green tea.
I would add lemon into it sometimes or I would just buy the green tea that already had lemon flavoring it but that really helps as well drinking hot green tea,
Doesn’t have any calories doesn’t have any carbs and I really felt my body kind of cleaning itself out every time,
I would drink a cup of green tea luckily for me um you know having hot tea at work had easy access,
Because we always had hot water ready in our kitchen at work just because everyone there drank a lot of coffee and a lot of tea,
I would drink about two cups a day I would drink a cup before lunch and then a cup after lunch,

It was around 9 o’clock and I would stay at the gym until 11 and then I would have to get up for work at seven,
And then just do it all over again it really took a toll on my body and I just wish you know that I would have given myself a break here.
And there I cut out carbs I walked every single day for 30 minutes and i went to the gym every single day,

Friends in GYM I did try intermittent fasting I think that’s how you say it I don’t really know how to enter minutes intermittently,
I started fasting but I YouTubed and googled what that was um and how you do it and so I said you know what let me try that,
And it really helped now it’s really hard because you know especially now during quarantine you’re sitting at home all day,
And you just want to eat it was really hard for me so what I did I probably did intermittent fasting for about three weeks woke up in the morning,
I skipped breakfast skipped lunch and would eat my dinner anywhere between 5 00 p.m and 8p.m I would eat and then I would go to the gym,
That’s what I did and I noticed that I was losing a lot of weight during that time I mean it’s scary now that I look back,
And I’m questioning myself like was that really healthy but um I lost like a pound a day for like three weeks from doing intermittent fasting,
So you have to kind of know your body so I know friends that fast and you know they said that they felt weak they said that they didn’t have energy,
They couldn’t you know some said that they were sleepy some people said you know they couldna do it,
So you just have to learn your body you have to kind of figure and discover your body out and I’m still trying to learn and discover my body.
So I kind of did you know a lot of things to kind of figure out what was best for me personally I am gonna do another separate Article on what I ate um during that time to lose weight.
Again I didn’t have any carbs I did substitute carbs with like cauliflower and zucchini and I tried to make my food yummy,
And try you know I try to get a little bit of space so let’s talk numbers um so again I started at 2 28um that was December 13th,
I remember going out on new year’s eve with my really great friend sister Nadia we went to the cheesecake factory,
That night just her and I and we really indulged in a lot of carbs and then we went to the club after and let’s just say alcohol has a lot of carbs was 209,
So I’ve lost almost 20 pounds in just what two to three weeks just from cutting out carbs and working out I did have a short term goal,
I was going to Florida on January 16 and I wanted to be at 200 pounds or less I did not make my goal was 205,
So I was you know five pounds shy of my goal but that’s okay because that really you know helped kept pushing me closer to my goal,
February I remember being about 190 so I lost you know about30[Music]ish almost 40 pounds by February,
So right before quarantine started when I was actually going into the office to work I weighed myself and I was 177,
So that was mid-march I was really scared because I knew that I was going to be home all day I knew that we were going to bulk buy our foods,
Because you know of the shortage you know everyone kind of freaking out and buying everything,
So you know I had a kitchen filled with lots of food and drinks so I was really scared I was going to eat just because I was bored,
That brings me to my next key you have to be in it mentally I know I gained weight um because I had a baby,
And because I just started eating things um just because they were easy they were convenient they were cheap and just because I was bored.
I know I enjoy comfort food and I overate every meal and that is important you do not want to overeat just because you have a big plant in front of you,
And someone gives you all this food that doesn’t mean you have to eat it that is how a lot of people gain weight and you just have to control your portions,
And then it’s a mental thing so during these times at home I’ve you know been trying to move my body I’ve been trying to work out.
I do work out with my friends virtually would say I do it about three to four times a week and that really really helps out Leslie,
She is the one that put this all together and we work out every single day for at least 30 minutes and she focuses on different body parts,
So we’re not doing the same thing every day move your body today you guys are probably wondering how much I weigh,
So today is may12thum I’ve been home for two months before I started working from home quarantined I was 177 pounds,
And today I am162 pounds I did lose weight during quarantine which is crazy honestly don even know how I did it,
I Just tried to work out I would say the most important thing is actually starting now that is going to be the hardest,

130 Kg today’s March 6th I mean wanted to Write this Article for a long time so today is March 6th of 2022,
And last year by December I know I wanted to lose weight and I’ve been trying a lot of different things and they do not work.

Now on January 2ndof 2020, I went for the first time to the red mountain weight loss office near my house, and luckily they had an open appointment.
So I went I’ve been wanting to do this program for a long time but it’s very expensive for me I’m not a wealthy person the program they have different ones,
The one that I was on it was $600 the first month 500 the second month and I’m gonna explain why so anyways I went there on January second,

We would go out to eat almost every day we are too busy to cook and whenever we cook you know the food really goes to waste.
So we go out to eat and I’ll give you guys an example because I don’t want to make this video that long um so let’s see there’s this one time that we went to dinner,
This Italian restaurant is one of my it was one of our favorites and I was full I was so full that I can not even get a dessert order a dessert,
So I come home and I sit with a box of cocoa pebbles which is my favorite cereal and of course, I ate three big bowls of cereal and my girlfriend goes are you hungry,
Where are you just anxious I said well I’m clearly not hungry I guess and I’m anxious but I don’t know I will just eat and eat and eat every single day.
So I just I felt I’m not gonna say depressed cuz the press is up you know it’s a big word but my clothes didn’t Fit my uniforms didn’t fit you know,
I still have kind of does the double chin but it was way bigger and my face was very very very round my belly I Manila’s,
I just felt gross to be on it I felt this gusting so I said you know what I’m gonna spend the money he has very good reviews and I’m gonna try it so long story short,
I started the I went to the appointment on January 2nd but when you order the pills you get the pills either the next day or two days after.
So I got mypillsJanuary 4th okay so January 4th I officially started the Red Mountain weight-loss program the first week,
And of course in this pamphlet well they give you something like let me see what it is so they give you this little book and basically it tells you what you can,
And what you cannot eat so basically I’ll show you guys approved foods if it’s not here the answer is no period don’t stress about it Can I eat blah blah blah,
If it’s not here the answer is no and then approve extra right here while you can eat you can not eat so anyways the first week I was so excited.
I was super straight I went grocery shopping and I bought a scale I did the first week when I tell you I was strict I lost eight point eight pounds the first week,
Eight point eight pounds forme that was so that was a motivation to keep going now the second week I Wasnt that strict but I still was like for example,
If I wanted a little bit of soda I drank a level I’m not supposed to if you follow this diet to the tea with the pills and everything you will lose weight immediately,
Now a lot of people want to be negative and they’re like well you’re gonna gain a bag blah blah blah well I haven’t gained it back and actually to make the long story,
Short today is March 6 2022 and I lost a total of 22 pounds so this morning I lost I’m down to 138 but now that’s the motivation I want to go down to 130 or128,
That’s one time years ago in 2011 I was 128 and I feel good you know it was not too skinny but I really felt good about it and the reason I started this that really gave me the push,
To start this program is because a year before I got I get blood work every year just to make sure everything is okay and I was pre-diabetic,
And my cholesterol was high and I know it was because I was eating like crap so anyways this program worked for me miracles okay,
And what really so then this second doctor’s appointment so the February doctor’s appointment I got you to get a refill of both of your pills again,
This is optional but this is I really need this one because this is the appetizer press and I do not get the anxiety that I used to feel like oh I’m hungry and then you eat with your eyes,
You want everything but this pill makes you very very thirsty so make sure you drink a lot of water I’m not a big water drinker but this pill makes you so thirsty,
You know you’ve been forced to drink water so anyways in two months I lost a total of 22 pounds let’s see my third week I think it was my third week or fourth week,
I don’t remember I was I hit a plateau and I was a hundred and forty-two pounds forever for like two weeks and I didn’t gain but I didn’t lose,
And I wasn’t I’m not eating even a third of the amount of food that I used to eat but I was eating as if I was craving a little bit of frozen yogurt,
I will get just a little bit just to kill that crazy if I was craving chocolate I would eat a little piece of chocolate not a lot of chocolate like I used to do everything in moderation,
Now, this diet is strictly no dairy no carbs no sugar now before I used to drink a gallon of milk every two or three days like that, and sugar I mean this is very hard to give up,
Sugar my first three days starting on this diet it was massive headaches you get angry you know anxiety onto the pills kick in but now,
For example, there’s been a few days that’s why I have so many pills left did one I only have two but a few days I forgot to take my pills and I was getting that anxiety,
But now you have to learn how to control it with your mind I learned that as humans we don’t need piles and piles of food to survive,
You know we only just eat a little you know a little bit and that’s it but now I don’t want I know how to control myself,
Now I don’t want to be for the rest of my life I mean I love pizza I love milk I’ll so for the rest of my life I don’t want to be like I I’m not gonna drink milk anymore,
Or eat pizza anymore No so and I’ll give you another example last year in the Super Bowl My girlfriend was working and I was you know,
I got off work and I have the afternoon off and I say well why not order pizza I order a medium-sized pizza from PapaJohn’s Queen no the dog,
And then I order breadsticks I swear to GodI ate the whole pizza by myself and I like two or three breadsticks I didna have to eat a whole pizza,
I didn’t have to eat like not even one breadstick and then I order a coke I was I couldn’t even breathe because I was eating so fast when you eat fast in like five or ten minutes,
Your food settles in like 20minutes so I was eating and I’m like man I’m just I’m hungry so when my food settled I couldn’t breathe,
I couldn’t even move I felt like I wanted to throw up I couldn’t even watch the Super Bowl It was a nightmare and I said wow that’s crazy so,
For example and honestly, since I started the diet I haven’t had a piece of pizza but if I want to eat pizza I will eat pizza probably either half a slice or one slice with water,
And sometimes when I crave a coke I will drink a cold maybe once a week I’ll have I’m not a big soda drinker, to be honest, I do enough milk but sometimes Ido create a coke,
So I will drink a coke I don’t want to deprive myself of eating things that I really want to eat and yeah I read good and bad reviews and honestly,
And I met this lady that she lost 120 pounds in like nine months and she said this is expensive but it’s the best investment that you will make now,

But I cannot walk around with a gallon of water forcing myself to drink water I can’t do it so yeah I’m not gonna go I’m not only doing two months,
I’m not gonna do the third month because it’s very expensive and plus I think these two months have really helped me control myself it’s a lot mentally don’t,
Let that anxiety of oh I’m hungry I’m starting to like get the best of you and you just mess it up again and I’m not a big fan of eating a lot of fruit,
And with this program, you’re only allowed to eat I think berries blueberries blackberries raspberries think strawberries,
Because other fruits have so much sugar even though it’s natural sugar it’s still sugar so yeah I’m hoping from here – probably May or June to go down to 130,
And yeah this program long story short work excellent for me and if you follow it to the tea you will succeed now I forgot to mention every week every Thursday,
I used to focus you get a fat-burning shot and I think I missed also I just I’ve been working a lot so I think I missed on Thursday,

I am an orthopedic surgeon a lot that people are gaining weight because they’ve gotten injured it could be an ACL tear.
A meniscus tear that makes it hard to exercise can be arthritis-like knee arthritis or hip arthritis could shoulder pain,
That limits their ability to lift weights or something like that and they say that’s why they’re putting on weight,
Now they’re not really saying itas an excuse per se but let’s be fair that’s essentially what it is so I’m gonna talk about three ideas at least,
To help you keep your weight down if you are dealing with maybe pain of some body part or an injury the first is this is that your weight is probably even more tied to your diet,
Then it is to or tied to your exercise no question you going out,
And doing some kind of physical exercise every day is going to burn calories 200 300 400 calories no question about that so if you suffer an injury,
If and can’t exercise at all then you would want to cut down on exercise one when I was in My training with one of the surgeons,
When he used to hear this complaint from patients said that just because you’ve got knee pain doesn’t mean you can’t use your arms to push your body away from the table,
Now that’s maybe a harsh way of saying it but it’s essentially true and I think that’s critically important to eat the right things,
And decreasing your overall calorie count I think will go a long way in helping keep your weight down,

When I was in college I broke my ankle you probably heard me tell this story several times in other videos of mine,
SoI won’t get into how I did it but basically, I was in a cast for six weeks, and for the first three weeks I was non-weight-bearing,
I still at that point loved to lift weights I was I couldn’t turn that was my desired activity but I still wanted to lift weights as well,
I still got to the gym that first three weeks yes I had to hobble around from the basic bench to the dumbbells to the machine,
Depending on what the exercise was and basically get around without putting any weight on it and then get to that,
And then do that exercise and yes I had to give up sort of lower body exercises for that six weeks.
But I found a way to get active you can do that with your injury so say it’s a shoulder injury well yeah that’s gonna make a lot of what you want to do in the gym,
Difficult make CrossFit difficult maybe some of the blood runs and some of the obstacle stuff difficult,
But you can still do lower bodywork you know winning elliptical trips you know things like stationary bikes all sorts of different lower body stuff,
If it’s a knee thing maybe yeah you do swimming you do upper body things like lifting weights but find ways to get exercises,
That stresses other parts of the body than the one that’s bothering you and the last thing I’d suggest is to look for some sort of low-impact exercise,
If you are dealing with ankle or hip or knee pain or you really do have knee or hip arthritis do things where you don’t have gravity,
And your body weight basically flaring that painful hip or knee up every single step one example of that would be to get in a pool,
And walk in the pool basically you eliminate bodyweight you eliminate gravity but still get a workout or if you’re in the pool,
That you don’t want to just walk across the pool swim or maybe you do a stationary bike again even though there’s your lower body that hurts,
There’s not really any physical stress going onto your knee or your hip with a stationary bike
So try those three different tips to find something that works for you but do everything you can to maintain a normal weight.
While you’re dealing with some pain or injury do you struggle with keeping your weight down after an injury,

Hello Friends I am Mary J. Funchess and Now I am Talking about my health issues my health journey I, just really quickly wanted to say that I’m, not a medical expert,
My hair is a mess, I’m not a doctor and I’m anything useful, in the medical field, and I also will not be providing any, ways that can help with your, pituitary tumor.
I can’t provide anyways, on what can help with PCOS I’m simply, just going over my journey my health and, updates I know people have been asking.
So I just wanted to clarify that before, I go ahead and begin so I don’t want to, go too much into detail as to the past.
Like if you guys saw my other, Articles I’ll link those down below but, just to kind of recap I’ve had the tumor, for about two years now,
Oh my gosh it’s been like two years, maybe even three oh my god, going to the doctor again and did an MRI,
The tumor grew to six millimeters then they decided to put me on metformin to help, instead of targeting the tumor they,
Decided to start targeting what the tumor is affecting so then I was on, other stuff and then I went to another, doctor I got a new doctor, not by choice,
Which sucked cuz I really liked my old, doctor she was the first doctor that, actually decided like what actually, listened to me, and tried to help me,
With my crazy hormone issues so I felt, like no one I felt like doctors didn’t, really care anymore like no one really, cared about how I felt so she was like,
The first really good doctor I’ve had, and she moved to Hawaii so there’s that, I found a new doctor this was in January, of this year 2020 heard some more MRIs,
Tests and he did some blood tests all, came back normal like everything is, basically perfect he said like there’s, nothing that’s out of the normal,
Everything’s good there’s no, that I need to work on for any of my, blood levels but got the MRI and my, tumor,
Remember used to be out of six, millimeter started out three went up to, six and now I’m at an eight so I’m about, eight millimeters for my tumor it’s, growing and growing.
So I told my doctor I don’t know what to do I don’t, really know what steps to take from, here because basically, that doesn’t stop,
Growing and no matter what I take no, matter what I do it’s still growing, and, supposedly they can’t do surgery,
Until you reach like ten millimeters for, the tumor and I’m gonna eat so much two, millimeters away so what the frickin,
Mine supposed to do just wait until I, get to the ten millimeters and then get, surgery because there’s obviously no, other way or no other thing that’s, helping yeah.
So I’ve been trying I think, I’m gonna be honest with you since the last MRI I had before January when I was, at a six I think between then and now in,
Between this MRI I have been stressing, like crazy and just like personal stuff, huh I think the stress has definitely, made things worse having a lot of like, anxiety attacks,
And like hey migraines, have been insane my migrants have been, insane the last three months don’t want, to go anywhere,
Because everything just, hurts, and then they get moody they may get mad and it’s just like because,
Because I have headaches, no I mean did, you have such a strong migraine-like, everything just feels like it’s just a, worse thing if you have migraines than,
You then you totally know what I mean, like this it’s not fun by my doctor and, I have been kind of wrestling with that,
I kind of been like like my boyfriend, sized a guinea pig with this because, I’ve been trying a bunch of different,
Medications for my migraines which I did, when I was younger I don’t know if I, mentioned this in my other Articles but as, a kid I had a lot of migraines,
And people always like said that I was, a crying wolf because there was nothing, wrong with me and I would miss a lot of, school and ice, Elementary School,
And no one ever, actually believed me I had so many, doctors like my mom was always switching, me to a different doctor and a different, doctor,
So each doctor would give me like medicine you know like a treatment for, the headaches so I would be on a certain, medication for a while,
There’s a point, in my life I think I was like 15 or 16, years old I was in high school and I, remember that I was literally taking, like six pills a day a lot of medicine,
The medications don’t work and if you’re, a sufferer of migraines then you, definitely know it’s very hard to get,
Something to help you nothing works, nothing works you know it does work, a little bit I lied to you something,
Works sleeping when you sleep it off, then you wake up and you still have a headache so he sent me over to an endocrinologist,
And she was a very young, lady and she’s like how do you and I have, a horrible headache that day too when I, went in so fill out this form um she,
Started asking me questions the second I, would try to answer them she would just, like speak over me and like I was so, frustrated wanted to cry,
Because I felt like this was my last resort dude I, wanted to lose it I wanted to bawl my, eyes out while I was in there probably,
Should have done it so she could have at, least taken me seriously but I held it, in I’m like you know what like this has always been irregular like my periods,
And like I’ve been so emotional and, then she just cut me off yeah okay so, you know thought about this like just,
So like she just kept doing it so I got mad like I was furious and I was like you, know what all right dad I’ll do it your, way,
Sorry but she asked me something she, answer left up again so right after that, I completely changed my face I changed,
My tone of voice made it obvious that I was like screw I mean I know that sounds probably immature but it’s like I, didn’t know,
How else to handle it and I didn’t want to get into I want to bicker, you with the doctor so I was just like, all right you know what whatever you, want,
We’ll do it your way so then she started, asking me questions and I’m like no, I’m just like what about this I’m like,
Yep can you come to lay down I want to, check some stuff and I was like all right, I just went up there then she checked,
Something just like oh my gosh like has, this always been this way and like yup, has since I was young then she’s like, okay,
we’ll see what we can do about, that sweetie, like now I’m sweetie now she wants to be, nice to me now she’s gonna take me, serious like I understand,
She has a lot, of people to tend to and I understand, that she probably has a very busy life, but it’s like will I ever meet like at, least especially that’s like you know,
Like just because you know what’s going, on and just because you’re confident, or you don’t care whatever it doesn’t, mean that I have a sound mind or doesn’t,
Mean that I have like a mentality that’s like everything’s going to be okay, everything’s gonna be fine we can take, care of this no worry theory me only,
Just because you’re the expert and to, you, it might not mean much like to me to, me it does you don’t I mean like to me,
I’m freaking out over here I’m having, I’m just super annoying because I just, feel like no matter where I go like,
I’m not gonna get like a good answer or, like someone who’s gonna be like let’s, try this cuz I really think it could, help,
And it’s like I’ve tried everything, that I’ve been given and like my tumor, so growing so it’s like whatever,
So my, doctor just kept me on metformin for now, and a bunch of other pills for my, migraines and for my headache for my, migraines.
I have a visit with a neurologist next earn two weeks or so, unless the coronavirus canceled it I, don’t know I guess we’ll see.
He also, recommended that I see a neurosurgeon, to get the tumor out can someone just, just help me or just tell me if it’s, gonna be in there forever like if, nothing,
I do will help then just tell me, so I know yeah I mean tell me so that, I’m not like oh I wonder what can help, get rid of this tumor it’s like just,
Freaking be honest with me how hard is, it to just freaking tell me, and then another part of me thinks like, maybe they know what can actually help, get rid of it,
But they just don’t want to because they, need your money I know I’m turning into, a conspiracy theorist or using my, knowledge using common sense,
You know, a lot of you girls have been asking me a lot of you which is honestly really, crazy I really didn’t expect to hear, much from a lot of people.
But I’ve been, getting crazy messages so I’m really, really sorry if I don’t get back to you like that’s fast or at all I’m sorry,
I’m, trying like I said it’s a lot more than, I expected as people message me on, Snapchat and Instagram and Facebook and, like I always have my notifications off,
I know that I’m horrible but like for, private messages and stuff or deems I, always have those notifications off.
So I, promise I will try to get better it’s, really cool like I always tell my, boyfriend which god bless him.
He’s so, patient with me I feel so bad because, I’ll have crazy random moods sometimes, and I’m like just leave me alone,

But hold my hand but stop touching me, it’s how I feel so bad but god bless him, he is so kind and he is so patient,

I don’t want to say, reassuring but I guess reassuring that, I’m not the only one out there who’s, suffering, am I being dramatic for saying suffering,
I was speaking to my doctor one day, about like the tumor in my stress and, how did they all work together,
Because obviously stress is the number one, the killer in America here’s something that, he brought up stress is actually like a key thing,
And the pituitary, tumor and your hormones obviously he, say maybe even sometimes that causes,
Or, like the start of the pituitary adenomas, is like emotional mental disturbances, something along those lines,
And when he, said that I had a heart attack I, stressed out more nobody told me that, and I was just like wow that’s my goal,
Will being forward with all of this is, basically just trying to calm the hell, down trying to calm down and not, stress so much just be brave.
My, boyfriend says breathe but I’m trying to, still eat healthier I tend to lose weight,
I don’t know if you guys know but, I lost like 33 pounds pretty sure it’s, all-cause of the metformin,
but lost 33, pounds total which is again castle in my, apartment makes you poop like crazy.
I, don’t know if I’ve talked about this, with you guys but if you’re on metformin, that thing gives you diarrhea eight apps,
It’s very uncomfortable sometimes like, you eat in two seconds later and just it just goes straight through your body but,
As far as the tumor I don’t really know, what to do I think I’m just gonna keep, trying to eat healthily,
And my boyfriend, says do it the old way the natural way, self-healing which he may have a point,
We’ll see but you know eating healthier, eating more greens and just, breathing taking deep breaths and trying, not to stress,
So much and taking care of, myself meant to leave, likely you know it’s a process and it’s, really hard,
I still have my days where, I’m very like self-conscious or where, I’m barely I’m very like I can just get, depressed like oh um I’m not good enough,
And I’m never gonna you know the amount to, stuff I’m not gonna amount to anything, I’m never gonna you know get to my, dreams,
And my goals but you know it’s a process you know you just kind of, you gotta keep going and I just you know, pray every day,
And you know to ask the Lord, though I do not deserve it, you just give me you know strength and, guidance,
Yeah that’s my update my tumor, keeps growing we don’t know what to do, but I’m gonna try to stick to the old, healthy fashion way,
And I guess also, sort of just follow what the neural, surgeon neurologists see if they have, any ideas if they have any advice on, what the frick do I do,
