When someone talks to you using negative and derogatory comments these are not signs that they are a person who cares about you.

We are meant to be together , so what do you want to spend time with them for. Are they looking after your best interest or trying to isolate you from your friends.

The narcissist will never fully apologise. They will start off saying “I am sorry “ and then it comes “but......” quickly followed by you provoked me, you upset me, you made me angry, so don’t do it again. This is not a real apology, just them twisting their words to hurt and blame you.

This was my daily reality for many years. Being told that I wasn’t good enough and that everything was my fault.
