here's some fred lore for you: before i decided to major in engineering in college (then proceed to never properly use my degree and later end up getting turned), i used to be in gymnastics. men's artistic (which is what i did) focuses on different stuff from women's, but i'd say i'm more flexible than most guys from the years i actively did it

i didn't really do anything the last two years so i feel like i should probably try to plan something this year
