I don't know how you overcome depression. I know how I overcame depression. But everyone has their own journey and process, I cannot speak for everyone so I can't say. I realized after overcoming depression that the answer to not going down that hole again was self acceptance and self love, which took a few years of working on my insides and therapy. I never thought i could ever reach that, self love, I didn't think that was for me. But here we are.... I don't need outside validation anymore and I'm not depressed (even though Ive always had chronic depression). Everyone's journey is unique and I wish I had all the answers, just my own experience.

Balboa park is such a wonderful place. You can spend hours here and never get bored. I love my city 🥰
