Right smack in the middle of the city (well, a little off to the side but you get my drift) is the Royal Botanical Gardens. I hate to admit it - it's been years since I was last here. The wall on display at the Calyx at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney was an array of colours and a mixture of plants, flowers and edible leaves (I'm pretty sure I saw what looked like lettuce!).
