Noticing a pattern where many white leftists (especially above the mason-dixon are more aware of and alert about Asian racism (be it Palestine, china, etc) but are genuinely blind to anti-blackness or transmisogynoir and anytime a black person is around them it’s usually those of us who they see as “useful” for advocating reforms or those of us who in more precarious or unique circumstances. They will get rid of us the second we see this or just rise up in general. I can’t help but think about how the model minority myth, Honorary Aryan tropes and settler’s obsession with China and “only class war”economics & reformed might play a role in this.
