Icy Chicago Skyline par Jessica D Via Flickr : We're getting some arctic air in Boston right now, but no precipitation worth photographing. Instead, this icy air is reminding me of when we had cold arctic air in Chicago two winters ago. Here is the Chicago skyline and Adler Planetarium, seen from Northerly Island Park through a localized lakeshore ice storm - the splashing waves from the lake had coated these branches in icicles. I posted a version of this shot a few years ago, but this one is newly processed in Lightroom.
