Sekai ga naiteru nara ( From a JR POV )
First of all i would like to mention that i did not write this, the mastermind behind this is kayhlm19 and you can find the original post here I just wanted to share this with you all cause i find this pretty interesting so i asked permission from her and boom here is the post! :D ( i added the gifs and +/- some parts though )

I would like to mention Churi though, low screen time but major role..
The pills we see on the floor were apparently medication that Rena took to cure / suppress her disease
And thanks to Churi personality.. it didn’t work
here you can see everyone doing the ‘V" pose
Well everyone except Churi who did a “gun to head” pose
So it was Churi who rejected the medication and spat them out.
And then everything changes when Rena finally noticed that the teacher is already with someone
That’s when the strongest personality ( Jurina ) finally made her appearance.
All the way from the back straight up front, to Rena’s side ( slighty behind, because she can’t obtain full control yet )
These scenes describes the taking over of personalities.
Is the middle of the PV you can see the flashes of changes between 1 and 16. Rena is 1 whereas Jurina is 16.
Since the very beginning Jurina started walking down the pathway all the way from the back to door number 1
Seeing how afraid Rena is, it is obvious that she doesn’t want this ( Jurina to take over her ) to happen.
So why did Rena accept the needle?
Because when the needle is passed over, Jurina has already managed to burst into door number 1 and Rena’s body is already taken over by Jurina.
So why would Jurina want to do that?
The conversation part in the PV explains itself perfectly,
Jurina : “ I’m powerless. I am not capable to do anything except to cry with you. ”
The strongest personality - Jurina said that she was powerless and could only cry beside her. and for all the bento giving, letter giving close up before this, Jurina DID NOT appear, meaning, from the very beginning Jurina’s personality existence was for one thing and one thing only. ( To protect Rena )
So the moment when Rena said her line : “ I don’t want to get use to this sadness, so if the world is crying, i will cry out as well. ” is actually Jurina ( In Rena’s body ) speaking. Jurina is totally sick of the sadness Rena is facing, so she forced herself in and took over Rena’s body.
So in order to protect Rena, Jurina took over Rena’s body and murdered the teacher ( because the teacher is Rena’s source of sadness )
Here we can see Rena at the top right corner meaning Jurina did took over but she did not kill Rena ( Because in the first place her whole motive was to protect Rena )
And soooo, because Jurina murdered the teacher the investigator brought Rena into the interrogation room and did some interrogating
This part.. seeing Rena in distress
Jurina immediately took control, appeared and threaten the interrogator to protect Rena.
The intersting thing is, everyone’s attire. Rena is pure white, Jurina is pure black, Ego chan who isn’t that threatening is wearing pink + white, the my pace Rion is grey and Akane’s red attire which stands for danger.
And in the end Rena disappeared, it was probably Jurina’s idea to put Rena into a deep sleep to protect her. And since the doctor failed to cure Rena therefore she disappeared.
Conclusion : Jurina is a disease, and this is a story about who gets control.
