Taking a slight step back, Captain Pit had been well acquainted with dangers of those whom showed up out of no where or the fact that in his travels through out Asia… they had the most oddest, dangerous types of spirits and deities. Crossing one right now wasn’t on his agenda, fingers twitched at instinct to recklessly combat but for now, it was better to play it safe and find a chance to escape than to engage hostile actions.

The Tachi was not going to allow him to venture any further and in a tone, negative to his previous 'pleasant' one he said, "If you are here on behalf of the Kebiishi, I will not allow you to go any further into these grounds. So I would like for you to state your name and business, before I force your departure."

“Okay, Okay Kogi. But I will grow up to protect Kogi-san.” The child replied while he hid himself in Kogi’s long white hair wrapping it around both of them. He sat facing away from him and drew the hair close before tilting his head back to look at the man. “I’m Kogi’s guardian.”

"You will protect me, Mika-chan? Heh, you say that you will be the sword at my side?....." He thought for a moment then carefully brushed the smaller sword's hair. "Then I will be the shield at your hand, I will not allow anyone to harm you or lay a hand on you, so long as I live."

The fox sword grins and with his free hand, grabs a hold of Mikazuki and brings him close. As he adjusted himself and sat up, he brought the smaller tachi onto his lap, following this action with laying his head ontop of the other's head then said, "Small Mika-chans who refuse to sleep, will not be able to grow big and strong because they will be tired. If you remain so small, how will you be able to groom my fur without becoming lost in it?" He joked.

“Ooooo yes~ Perfect timing~ The citadel was nearly running out of rice due to making all those sakura bentos for all the weary swords who had the worst of luck~” Events were very stressful periods in general. 

"My fur has taken such damage from this. Please, treat me to a good meal before I am sent back out? I am willing to accept leftovers." Honestly, he just wanted the food to ignore the knots and leaves in his hair. Mikazuki didn't seem to be around-- - so he would have to try and fix his on hair after he stuffed his mouth with whatever food was leftover by the others.
