" Ah yes the Cathedral... something of a pet project "

He admitted with a soft nervous scratch to his cheek

" It houses someone very important! a little eccentric... but you won't find anyone wiser if--- not a bit infuriating! haha! But i couldn't just walk away. Much like you and the flowers... i had to try and manifest your essence here in Castletown! "

" It's been ... mostly successful. Despite being unable to revive Flowery... i fear with his flower in its current condition if i tried he might not survive the process... But! "

He paused as Green walked past, cake in hand and his first instinct was to refuse it. He didn't need to eat, nor did he require sleep no darkner really did. Sometimes it helped to pass the time or, to help him think. But was never necessary and he always felt like he wasn't good enough for it.

But he knew Susie would yell at him for that kind of talk...

" Sure Green... i suppose we could both use a little refresher! right Seth? all work and no play i think that's the saying! and besides! i'm sure Susie will yell at us if we didn't! "

He took the little plate and stare off again at the cathedral with more focus.

" But yes--- i think this plan is a good one. As long as Castletowns fountain can support the other dark worlds... i don't intend to let them vanish... the final conflict is fast approaching and... we'll need everyone we can muster..."

"Oh, don't worry about that. All we have to do is make sure to get Asgore back and he can help Flowery recover in no time. So no need to worry about it. Everything will be fine, there is a plan for when Asgore is back, and it will work." Seth was clearly starting to strain to try and keep calm about the subject of Flowery now. Talking about it so much just kept making them think about it. They know the topic is unavoidable, so figured just tackling it head on was smart. Clearly it was now back firing on them. "Just, gotta wait, lot's of waiting."

Farid was quick to pick up that Seth was starting to over think again. One of their bad habits when they hyper fixate on a problem or just to ignore one. In this case it was the latter. Though she might as well try and do something to shift the focus. So, they held up a sign to introduce what the human name they came up with. "My name is Farid, though Green is also fine if you prefer. I'm not picky." She was sure it'd be an adjustment being called Green for so long. Though really didn't mind being called Green either.

"Alright, you won't be disappointed!" Lucifer shouted with glee, unconsciously using his magic to swiftly move Kendra inside and close the door. A bad habit he has without even realizing it when he gets over excited. The inside was honestly pretty basic all things consider, well, basic for the King of Hell. The furniture was clearly high end along with the carpeting. Various picture's of the Sin's and his family on the wall. Though perhaps the most obvious and maybe most concerning thing was literal mounds of rubber ducks. Just, so many ducks. He was already over at his desk, clearly ready to show it off.

" Oh! uhh... we were just uhh jamming out by the lake! right? nothing to crazy! Kris and i use to do it alot... and we uhh haven't really got to do that to much... with school and country cross! boy its hard to find a moment to just---relax ya know? "

She didn't see the harm in being honest with Suzy, it was the truth! though now that Susie was talking about Toriels pancakes she was suddenly a little jealous! dang she missed those pancakes!

" Fahaha! nothing like Miss Toriel's Pancakes! gosh i haven't had those in forever! and you didn't bring me any? "

She gave Susie a soft fake pout but smiled ear to ear as her own deer like ears gave a cute wiggle! if Susie was the roughest toughest warrior in the class! Noelle was so very different--- how they ever managed to end up so close was a mystery!

She hoped the Festival would only bring them closer... i she was lucky...

"Hey, you don't gotta explain shit to my Aunt. She ain't nosy after all, and trusts me to handle myself and make smart choices." Maybe one shouldn't always trust Susie to make all her choice's, though she has been improving a lot lately. She's been less mean, more open, and overall more laid back. Though wouldn't stop her from doing something crazy, stupid, or both. Doesn't help her best friend also joins in and sometimes encourages said actions.

"I still keep an eye on ya kid. When I can get away from my job that is. I'm sure my niece here has already told ya bout my job. Keeps me pretty busy all things considered." Suzy was one the higher end when it comes to the strength of a monster. Her greatest feat was managing to walk away alive after a human engaged her in battle. Didn't even put a scratch on them, but living was good enough for her. "Yeah, well, if your Mom wants to be a problem then I'll just have to show up and be a problem for her so she can't bug you two. Easy solution."

" I believe they did what they thought was right up until the end. Maybe in time we could have come to an understanding--- i like to think that would have been the case... even if we disagreed on alot. I know they meant well... i know you all did. "

He clasped his hands in front of him nervously as he couldn't help but feel like he failed. Asgore was gone, Flowery was dead, and the knight was still out there. He stayed up long nights wondering what he could have done differently.

He was happy when the conversation shifted to Castletown and something he could focus on and not think about recent events.

" Oh! yes i've thought about dividing the city into quarters! each world getting its own quarter... and each quarter having a representative. Someone chosen by each world to discuss the issues they need help with or resolved. "

He scarched his chin in thought as he spoke

"I always think in the long term, so no need to worry about that in the slightest Ralsei. Though if you really want me to be creative we can always do whatever you've got going on in that church. Making a massive area fit for the Darkner's that live in it compacted into a single building. Then use the rest of Castle Town as more of a general hang out." Seth was sure they could figure out the method behind that and repeat the process without overloading this Dark World. After all, this Dark Fountain feels more, pure, than the one they came from. Perhaps this one is naturally formed.

Green would walk by, stopping in front of the two and holding out a piece of cake. Her way of asking if either of them were hungry and would like a slice. Now that the tension had died down thanks to Seth enforcing the rule they already started feeding their fellow Darkner's. All of them having cake catered to their personal liking and tastes. It seemed she really was good at fast cooking.

His superior intellect.

Of course.

His greatest lie achievement, the thing he's centered his entire identity around. The only thing that gave him meaning to people. Everyone knew he was number one in the class, but this... is the first he's seen someone actively try to prove their intelligence to him with insightful conversation. Oh god, what if they find out he...?

Berdly lets out a sheepish chuckle, brushing back his crest as his eyes wander off to the side. As they land upon the cup of tea, he begins to consider the sense of deja vu he's experiencing. Now that the identity of the secret admirer has been revealed and he's had a moment to process the new environment, he still had to ask:

*Ah, of course, my dear Seth. Worry not. You'll have your intellectually-stimulating dialogue yet.

Oh, this was a bit out of order from what the process of events Seth thought-out in their head. They assumed they'd at least chat for a bit before Berdly would ask the question to where they were. However, small adjustment's like this weren't anything they weren't able to handle. Things were still on course to go as planned. "This cafe is one of those places where if you don't know about it then you can't find it. Since it's slightly underground. That sunset is actually just a screen with window's in front of it." And it wasn't really a lie either. The flower darkner having requested this cafe to be slightly built underground and for the screen to display a sunset since Ralsei did say they had to try and keep Berdly in the dark. "The uh, armor is something I don't know about." Again, not really a lie.

"Oh, but I'm sure you also meant the name. It's call The Jarona Cafe. A silly name, but it was a named by a silly individual. Though remember, its only a in the know sort of place. You can't just be telling any and everyone about it or it loses it's charm." Seth hoped that'd satisfy any of Berdly's questions and concerns for the time being.

" I'm just happy to know Susie has someone she can count on! you both seem really close! reminds me of my Dad and i a little... "

Though her dad and she use to rough house when he was well, not so much anymore. Still it felt like a good family dynamic! as crazy as that sounds!

" Though i guess we never got quite so rough as you both! but as long as nobody gets hurt i guess isn't any harm in a little rough housing! "

Yet when susie offered to give her Aunt a good thrashing for her, she could only giggle and tried to rub the flushing from her cheeks. She didn't mind it to much and it was good to see the two of them got along so well. It made her feel much better and less worried that Susie's home life might have been... well she use to worry about Susie's homelife a bit but this set her mind at ease in general.

" I'm pretty sure it's a legal law for Aunt's to tease there nieces and nephews! i know my uncle Dasher is always giving me a rough time of it... "

She placed her hands behind her back and tried to stand up tall though the other two monsters were still MUCH taller then she was!

"Rough? I'm mostly just messing around. One time I had my Aunt in a choke hold and she like, flung her head forward and chucked me off. Went right through the wall of the motel we were staying at. Though I was fine. It'll take more than that to hurt me. I guess I get the super toughness and durability from Aunt's side of the family." Susie honestly hadn't every been seriously hurt before. Well, not until the Roaring Knight. The King roughed her up a bit, but The Knight? She could truthfully say that was the first time she's experienced really pain. She also seemed to avoid being specific as to which parent her Aunt was related to.

"I try not to do it too much. You can hold one hell of a grudge when you get mad kid," Suzy said, ruffling her niece's hair again causing her to kick her right in the shin. "Hey, I'm just speaking truth with that one. You don't like being mess with too much so I try not to." She returns her hand back to her side. "So, am I good to ask if I interrupted you two hanging out?"

" ah--- umm that's oh wow... that... ah... yes umm "

She stammered both very happy to know Susie thought of her so often, and also super embarrassed at the same time! She nodded to Susie but smiled still it was a comforting feeling to know her feelings were reciprocated and she felt less weird about liking a girl as well.

" I... think you are super cool to Susie... "

She said softly hoping Suzy wouldn't hear or take note of it as she fidgeted with the hem of her skirt as she was very flustered by this information!

" Oh? i... i never noticed..."

She lied for Susie or tried to! she didn't want to get her in trouble after all!

" Well that certainly keeps the aggressive behavior down for the moment--- Though i do feel finding the source of the Aggression is important. Its not just about stopping bad behavior but correcting it in the long run! like uhh THERAPY! hehe, just don't say that word around Susie or Kris! "

He tried not to lose his smile, as Seth spoke of Flowery. On the one hand he never wanted ill to befall Flower, and certainly not end up the way he did. Yet there was no doubt there was real animosity between them right up until the end. The way Flowery pushed all the right buttons was just proof that Ralsei had alot of rage inside he had no idea how to let go of--- but maybe Seth was right, living in the past wouldn't fix anything would it? Yet the future was just as terrifying.

" Mmm... i suppose that's true... dwelling on what could have or should have happened doesn't change what did happen. Still... i... hate that our final words were so harsh..."

He took a deep breath and turned to Seth with a soft nod of agreement on his qualifications.

"Flowery always did have a lack of self restraint when speaking his mind, but it was just a part of who he was. In the end, I know he just wanted to help in his own way." Seth knew Flowery wouldn't have gone that hard with provoking Ralsei if he didn't believe it would have some form of long term benefit. Whatever it was would take time to show itself. They would personally always trust in his judgement at the end of the day. Though best to stop thinking about it before they start to really feel emotional. There's much work to be done.

" Hi! hello! hi! umm yes! it's a pleasure to meet you Miss Suzy! "

She waved trying not to feel awkward, but it was just her natural state most of the time! She was especially nervous to meet Susie's family! she didn't want to give the wrong impression after all!

" O..oh? she talked about me? Fahaha! n...nothing bad i hope! "

"Shut up!" Susie shouted as she released her Aunt, only to land and kick her in the back of the leg. Even if it didn't really work out as again the older monster seemed completely unfazed by any attack that's thrown at her. "I just think she's super cool, okay! You're reading into this way too much!" She huffed and walked back over to Noelle. "As awesome as she is my Aunt can be annoying as shit too."

"Ooooooo!~ Are you another friend that wants to play?" Aqua tilted her head, a smile appearing on her face, as she stare at the other in curiosity. Ever since she and the other flowers arrived in Castle Town; they been exploring the area and greeting the residents there (or at least in Aqua's case' terrorizing them to a certain degree in hopes to befriending them like a human would).
