She HATES getting vaccines or blood draws for obvious reasons. She takes alternative methods for immunization wherever possible

She has minor vision problems due to her quirk affecting the way her eyes absorb light. It doesn't affect her hero work, but it can't be corrected with lenses so she's not allowed to drive

Tsu is autistic. Her favorite stim is to say "kero" (transliterates to Ribbit for those who don't know) and her favorite stim toy is water globes

Chronic pain during the winter

Hyperthyroidism during summer and hypothyroidism during winter.

Major PTSD

Moderate hearing loss and tinnitus due to his quirk

His hands are slightly disproportionate relative to his arms because he damaged the growth plates using his quirk

Chronic hormonal imbalance due to how his quirk works

Speaking of, I personally dont think he sweats pure nitroglycerin like canon says. He'd need to constantly neutralize it at the source point or else destroy everything he ever touched because it is THAT volatile. I personally like the idea that many ao3 authors have explored where his sweat is a less-volatile and less-poisonous oxyglycerinate that also happens to fuck with his neurotransmitters a bit (my favorite interpretation is in the Paper Agency series, link below)

Katsuki IS diagnosed with Quirk Incompatability Syndrome, but not until after the war. This is because of... spoiler reasons that should be clear if you've read or watched up through the final arc

Endometriosis. Its incredibly painful, and she gets a hysterectomy at like 22 because it made her infertile anyway. She's much happier without a uterus.

Cyclical/seasonal depression. It comes and goes on a pretty much yearly cycle. She manages as best she can

Chronically high blood pressure.

Mina can't donate blood, but is a universal reciever despite not being AB positve for quirk related reasons

ADHD. Her favorite stim is to spin in circles and her favorite stim toy is rubber noodles

Minor vision issues due to her eye-mutations. Symptoms are akin to very mild glaucoma

CPTSD from,, y'know. His entire life sucking

Arthritis from fucking up his joints too much. In the winter he can barely hold a pencil it gets so bad

So chronic pain for him also (speaking from experience dislocating a joint more than once makes it near-unusable if it gets below like 40 degrees farenheit)

He feels like he is the only sane person in the Bakusquad and thus must spend his life gentle-parenting them and this eventually causes him an anxiety disorder (only semi-serious about this one)

Hyperthyroidism

Microfractures on most of his bones. Stone skin doesn't completely protect him from impact damage
