I honestly donβt if this counts because itβs accidental, but the amount of people who donβt know that Kim Dracula [various metal genre singer and artist] is non-binary is so frustrating. It says they use they/them pronouns in their own damn wikipedia page, and they have made references to non-binary folk in a silly and charming way, yet the amount of people, INCLUDING fans of theirs, calling them βheβ and comments made by straight men saying that they are going to turn them gay is more than It should be, especially for a metal genre artist. Maybe itβs because they never. Like. Made a post about it despite it being very obvious? I donβt know, but itβs really frustrating as a non-binary fan of theirs.
