My mom increasing emotional abuse. I’m terrified she came to my room and pounded on the door while I was sleeping. And then she got right above my face and screamed at me rly loud about how horrible I am and she was swearing. I was half asleep still bc I need sleep bad, so I don’t remember exactly what. And she gets really angry over little things and yells in a really scary way and says which idiot did this. It’s always my fault somehow whatever she’s mad about and when she yells like that I get so scared. I was trying to listen to my gfs playlist of all these soft love songs and I was relaxed and then she just started screaming in that fucking awful way. It makes me jump and so anxious
