They had shared one last look at each other soft but uncertain brown looking into thier eyes of bright concerned blue. Eyes that never failed to make wylan’s heart sing were suddenly replaced with something…different in this very moment.

“Jesper? What happened? Y-your eyes they’re..they’re grey” the absence of the brown hue all of a sudden paled in comparison to them when they noticed the fresh blood dripping from Jesper’s lips, all over his favorite green cropped jumper, and his eyeliner running down his face. ‘Was he hurt? Did those emo assholes do this?’ Wylan felt the urge to be protective over Jesper like he had to them time and time again. Wylan always loved the idea that they could look after each other no matter what troubled them, and it seemed that Jesper needed Wylan more than ever. Though Jesper’s eyes were grey Wylan would still find ways to love them because they were Jesper’s eyes, even if it confused them.
