Day 1 of Phase 1 of 75Hard. Day 3 of splits training. For those that dont know, Phase 1 adds a few additional elements to the original 75 Hard tasks. 1. 10 minutes of dedicated visualization 2. 5 minute cold shower 3. 3 critical power list task. These are in addition to 1. Maintaining a strict diet with no alcohol and no cheat meals. 2. 2 45 minute workouts (1 must be outside, no exceptions) 3. 1 gallon of water per day 4. 10 pages of reading self improvement book ( no audiobooks) 5. Take a daily progress pic.
