1 PM : Stuck in the mud, of course. Why wouldn’t that happen to you, with the week you’ve had?

6 AM : Rain falls gently on a dark world, but not for long. Look to the eastern sky to see the rising sun at 6:59 AM.

9 AM : Good morning, folks. The sun is still out, with fluffy and puffy clouds on the horizon - expect them to make their entrance known at noon, with shadows cast across the region. Also make sure to take note of the wind speeds at your bottom left, as we’ll likely see those only increasing  as the day goes on.

2 AM: Due to budget cuts, we here at @forecasts-daily will be airing weather updates at a reduced rate of only 6 per day for the month of July, and possibly into the foreseeable future. We hope you understand and continue tuning in regardless. Look to the east for sunrise at 5:28 AM.

11 AM : Winds in all regions. Not enough to remove the fog, but enough to swirl the clouds like muck in water. Like glitter in a bottle of alcohol ink.

8 PM : Something is falling. It is falling, and it is not real, and I can't tell you what is happening. I can't help you. I can't help you. It's so cold and I can't help you.

4 PM : Stop trying to pick up the pieces - get inside before the wind gets any worse. I don’t care that it’s blowing your trash away. I care that it’s not blowing you away. Now go clean up, and toss that - dinner will be soon, and I don’t want our guest to see you having an episode like this.

5 AM : Lights dance on the lowest tenth of the sky, just above the horizon. Look to the eastern sky at 6:39 AM to see the rising sun, and squint - even in it’s brilliance, can you not make out the halos of lights on the horizon, the afterglow of something else trying to light the distant world? And are they still dancing?

1 PM : Rain falls, pitter-pattering onto the world. Water pools on the dry, dry ground, forming puddles and ripe for splashing. Toss back your head and let the rain run down your hairline, and stomp like a child.

6 AM : Good morning, folks. We’re looking at a bright and sunny day today, with light cloud cover expected in the later hours of the evening. Western regions may experience some wind in the afternoon - be sure to pack a jacket, in case you get chilly. And if you can, look out a window to the eastern sky - the sun will be rising in just a minute’s time, at 6:04 AM.

7 PM : The world outside is dry. Dry, and arid, and quickly darkening. And still, they look at you as if you’re bathed in that mud, as if it glows like a beacon you are simply too blind to see. Look west to the setting sun at 8:32 PM, and wonder.

7 AM : A late start to the day - the sun is only now lapping over the eastern horizon, rising lazily into the sky. Stretch and rise with it - the world will not fault you for taking a moment to make your morning a sweet one. Skies are clear and cloudless, and the sun beats down as it is want to do.

10 PM :  Clear skies and high visibility. You are surrounded by beauty, and by bloom. Is there anything to do but smile?

9 AM : There are clouds in the sky, but only in scant, brief moments - wisps, torn to shreds by the breeze, and scattered out of your sight before you can truly  make out its shape. Is the next cloud you see different, or the same, just with a shape warped by that powerful breeze? You can’t tell, in the circle of the wind. You just can’t make out what is new and what is old anymore.

4 AM : Clear skies and high visibility. Like a weighted blanket, ripped away from your form by a parent, chastising you for a late awakening. Get up, get up, it’s time to crawl forth from what was your bed, and go home. Glance east to the rising sun as you step down mud smeared streets, feet damp and cold. Glance east, and smile.

8 AM : Fog continues. Stay alert and stay safe as you travel.
