this activated a neuron in my head because I haven't consumed much papers please stuff for like a hot minute LMAO I haven't added much BUT !! i remember back then if you let Lev in despite his files not being legit and freaking out, he'd enlist in the arstotzkan military to get a green card because,,, they probably caught his ahh LMAOO and he becomes homeless for a bit until he found a shelter that'd take him in despite him on the process of being documented

I remember something about him running away because his country was on the process of turning really bad and also his family generally not supporting him in every way, so being young dumb and broke he'd thought it'd be better if he just stole all their money and just flew far away and start from scratch and be independent and not rely on people like how he's used to,,, which is ironic because he was begging and had to rely on the inspector to let him in to get a [not so] better life
